I'm an user of gorenje washing machine n I must say it's the worst experience ever. Your product in 4 years hv asked for motor change once already n carbon change 2-3 times n door change 4-5 times already. Worst quality n in service.

WA30125 washer. Doesnt rinse properly since day 1 and how just wont drain and nothing works. Worst washer I have ever owned

This machine never worked right. Errors constantly showing. It leaked and took ages to wash and spin. Throwing it out now, won't be getting another one.

Washing cycles take ages ( Up to 3 hours because it is designed for countries with water shortages ) even after 20c washing cycle plus an extra spin cycle the clothes come out wet and dripping water onto the floor. Dont buy one !

Absolute rubbish! Takes far too,long to wash and doesn't was properly.

I bought a Gorenje induction stove in 2009 for about NOK 12 000. Over the past several months the stove has increasingly been flashing E6 error on the burners, and some of the burners refuse to turn on. The repair service, simply by looking at the flashing lights, estimated a repair price of almost NOK 6000. I realized then that this was not an uncommon problem with Gorenje stoves, and I contacted Gorenje since this was clearly a manufacturing flaw. Gorenje´s response was simply that they are not legally responsible for their products outside the 5 year warranty period and they did not offer any further suggestions. That´s the worst customer service I have ever seen by an appliance manufacturer, which further indicates that they receive many complaints on the quality of their products.

Owned a Gorenje washing machine since 2004 and in all that time it has never had a fault. I have used it almost everyday and for the £250 I paid it has out performed by a mile my previous machines from Hotpoint and zanussi. Simple wash programmes with no digital displays mean there is a lot less to go wrong.

i have used siemens n bosch botH,,, seimens takes so much longer time ,, so expensive , than oders models, yet such worst technology.. n bosch so much vibration i cnt even talk to my family member..very much happy with my gorenej washing machine.. i m using a 6kg 6202 model it is excellent .. best part is the service ,, they alys picked up my call on time. i have sugessted gorenje machine to my other family memebers also.. :D.. love you gorenje

I bought a Gorenje integrated appliance as part of a new kitchen and about 2 months later it stopped working. An engineer called and failed to repair it. Another 2 months and 5 visits later Gorenje agreed to replace the machine. We had to wait for approx 2 months for the new appliance and once installed, the cabinet door that did fit the old appliance doesn't fit the new one. Gorenje have refused to fix the door so we now have a new kitchen that we paid a lot of money for not finished due to the door not fitting the new machine!

If you want to keep your sanity stay well away from this appalling company.

I also opted for the Gorenje W7423 model, and I’m so happy that I did. It’s a real workhorse in the sense it consumes the least power among all the front loading washing machines in the Indian market. I was wary of the service as not much people know about this Brand, but, its ok. The service engineer came to install it and gave a demo of all the features.

It’s a washing machine which has everything a budget buyer like me aspires for and it’s value for money. The way the machine works, it’s very satisfying to watch all your washing worries vanish just like that.

The European eye for details is evident in all the areas like wash selection options, drainage, electrical connections etc.

The heavy duty machine showcases the legendary engineering at it’s best and as a consumer, I’m pretty happy that I went for this brand instead of commonly purchased ones.
