Died after 22 months of use - ran it once a week - I'm very dissapointed as other machines have always lasted at least 5 years.

Why does a fast wash on a low temp take so long, nearly 2hours, now that's not a fast wash is it. Can anybody guide me in the times of wash loads or wash cycles to use?
