Poor Quality And Bad Selection
My landlard purchase indesit washing machine IWB5113 due to the cheap price. had to repair 3 times in first year due to the leakage problem in the drum.
now again leakage problem , machine keep on tripping off. will not recommened anyone to purchase this poorly designed and poor quality machine.

My machine was purchased in Nov 2010. I did not expect it to stop working after just over two years, but the computer board does not let the machine move on to the next part of the programme. I now have to pay £120 to get indesit out to it, making it a very expensive machine!!

My Mum Bought This Washing Machine And It 'blew Up
my mum bought this washing machine and it 'blew up' 13 days after the one year warranty expired. After speaking to customer service they 'advised' sending out an engineer who probably couldn't fix it and speaking to a manager would say the same. Surely a washing machine should last more than 1 year and customer service would help more. Fair to say that the new machine she needs to buy wont be an Indesit.
our indesit washing maching literally blew up as well! The drum exploded and the drawer shot across the kitchen hitting the wall. Fortunately noone was in the kitchen when it happened. It was just out of warranty but we rang Indesit. An engineer came out and after much negotiation they wouldnt give us a refund but sent us a new machine to which we sold it! Bought a bosch, wouldnt touch Indesit with a barge pole. We also claimed compensation for the clothes that were torn in the drum to which they gave us half.

plastic covers inside machine broken off 1 completely the other 2 hanging off indesit not interested the dont cover it 150 to come out and look at it a bargin as the machine is 6 months old id advise you to buy anything other than an indesit they should all wear stripy jumpers as there no better than theifs i feel like indesit are laughing at anyone who is unfortunate enough to have parted with there very hard earned cash for a trumped up crate of plastic junk please please do not do what we did look elsewhere

Inside Drum Plastic Covers Over Water Holes Have B
Inside drum plastic covers over water holes have broken, machine six months old and not been overloaded. been informed by Indesit these are not covered by one year's warranty it doesnt cover plastic parts - beware - had to purchase extended warranty to get these replaced free. I will orderr extra covers before warranty end. Read your manual well! Would not recommend.

Since Buying This Machine I Have Had 5 Service Cal
Since buying this machine I have had 5 service calls not bad for a 7 month old machine. The machine fills up with water if you don't use the washer for 2 days. I have had new inlet valves every time they call but it still happens. Also once you have programmed the machine you can't change the programme easily. It washes well though.
