Sold on the thought of 5 years warranty. Totaly disintegrated inside after 6 months due to drum not been tightend properly at factory. 4 weeks later pressure pipe split and flooded kitchen then 2 weeks later door seal came away tearing up clothes in the wire.all mended and 20 months hassle free until motor gave up.But beware the 5 years warranty is only valid if you register the product not with the Samsung site which they send you to with the bumf that comes in washer but a seperate site to which i found out about after they told me i was out of warranty and only given 2 years because i had registered with wrong site.So their fancy 5 years warranty should read 2 years and 3 extra if you register at this site. So i now have a £400 tin box. Gave up arguing with them and bought a new washer and guess what its not a Samsung and will never be again.

Yes...even my husband uses it. Simple to use and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Exterior size for a 8lb wash is far smaller than my previous AEG 7lb'er, and is very quite on a full spin
