After 17 years of faithful service, the Servis had finally died. I doubt the next one we buy will last as long, and can't buy another servis now anyway. RIP.

Had The Servis M6011 For 20 Months And To Be Fair
Had the Servis M6011 for 20 months and to be fair have had no real problems. I thought there was a problem within the first 12 months when it appeared to freeze. I called Servis and their engineer phoned back saying it was a fault and would arrange a visit. Not heard from them yet, but the machine seems to have fixed itself so did not need to follow it up. Been fine ever since. No problems - does what it say's on tin!

I Brought This Servis M6011 As It Was Recommended
I brought this Servis M6011 as it was recommended by a sales assistant in a large electrical store and luckily I took out an in-store insurance, This machine is very noisy especially when it goes in spin and the washing cycle is very slow (even quickwash) and doesn't wash very well, the door doesn't close well either and now has a little rust stain where the door rubs against the front, the whole machine feels rather 'cheap' , I have had this repaired twice and I wish that I had not bought this machine.

My Servis Washing Machine Broke After 6 Months And
My Servis washing machine broke after 6 months and 3 months on from that they still haven't fixed it. I have had rude and unhelpful people on the phone. And there isn't even anyone you can complain to. Words cannot convey how frustrated I am with them (well not polite words at any rate).

I Would Agree Entirely With The Previous Comments
I would agree entirely with the previous comments regarding the quality / service. I am midway through dealing with Servis as my machine packed up after 6 months of very noisy washing. I have had to wait over a month for the engineer to turn up, and I have today been told that he is sick. So yet again I have to live without a washing machine. What is most frustrating is the utter inability of the call centre staff at Servis to do anything other than say "I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do". I think everyone accepts that sometimes things go wrong with washing machines, but there is no excuse for Service's appalling lack of customer care. It has to be the worst I have ever come across.

This Servis M6011 Machine Always Resembled The Sou
This Servis M6011 machine always resembled the sound of a jet engine when on its spin cycle, which is very poor for a modern machine.
After 9 months of average use a loud bang was followed by the smell of something burning. The machine had completely died. Unfortunately this was only the beginning of our problems. Servis customer care is virtually non-existant. An engineer, due to call two days after the mishap, never turned up. A visit by an engineer the following week revealed that a circuit board had burnt out. The engineer took this board and indicated that it would take between three and ten days for a replacement to arrive. After ten days, with no contact from Servis, we called their Customer Care line. Absolutely no help whatsoever!. These people constantly say that they will call back but never actually do it. After repeated calls over the next two weeks we were told that the engineer had the part and would contact us to arrange fitting. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone told the engineer because we never saw him. After nearly 7 weeks of waiting for this repair to be carried out we finally have a washing machine again. We now have a Hotpoint!. I can honestly say that I would have to be very, very desperate to buy another Servis, who must be one of the worst companies around in respect of the quality of their goods and customer support. My advice is to steer clear of Servis.
