We Have Had Our Machine For Two Years And Were Ini
We have had our machine for two years and were initially quite impressed with it (vs. our previous 14 years old Hotpoint, particularly its quietness. We bought on the strength of a Which? review but over the years have become sadly disappointed with performance - Which? did say they rinsing cycle was not a strong point, but on the 45 minute wash which we use a lot, all three rinses are completed in less that a minute (between them) so we figure something is wrong with the programming. We timed our program and wrote to Zanussi We have emailed 4 times and written personally to their Managing Director (We got Brad Tribble's name address from the Electrolux website), by recorded delivery. To date - 2 months later - we have received only auto-responses to our email - nothing else at all, Zanussi are totally ignoring us. So our view is do NOT be tempted to buy Zanussi, you are left out in the cold, on your own, if a problem develops. We are now writing to Which? asking that they remove all Zanussi recommendations and seeing if they are able to secure any response at all from Zanussi.

I Bought This Machine After Reading Favourable Rev
I bought this machine after reading favourable reviews on WHICH?
It has now broken down after 16 months.The circuit board has gone which to replace would be more than £100 not including labour.This was an expensive machine and I would have thought it would have been more reliable than this.My brother also bought this machine and has now got the same fault.
I found this review very helpful because...we too bought this model 2 years ago on the strength of a Which? review and have been sadly disappointed. Ours does not rinse properly - on the 45 minutes cycle, each of three rinses lasted well under a minute3 each. We timed the operation and sent our results to Zanussi - 4 emails and 1 letter (recorded delivery!!!!)addressed personally to Zanussi/Electrolux Managing Director - two month's later we have received only auto acknowledgements to our emails so I have concluded no humans actually work at Zanussi. We are now writing to Which? to ask them to remove the rating they gave to this model and asking them to take up pour complaint to see if they can get the slightest response from Zanussi. In my opinion the washing machine is not a good model and Xanussi are appallingly incompetent and unresponsive when you complain - they simply do not care nor will they talk to us!!!

Bought The Zanuusi Zwf14581w Washing Machine 14 Mo
Bought the Zanuusi ZWF14581W washing machine 14 months ago and it has just broken down. Tried Zanussi helpline to see if they would be willing to help with repair or point me in the right direction but they are only interested in selling me an additional guarantee. Got a local repair guy out who has struggled to find the fault. While it was working the machine washed well and was super-quiet. However, 14 months use for what was a fairly expensive machine is poor by any body's imagination and I doubt that I will buy Zanussi again. Have had Zanussi Dishwashers, fridge-freezers and previous washers as Zanussi supposedly have a good name. My experience is that they are unreliable and the helpdesk useless.
