Like so many people reviewing the BathPanelStore I have paid money, not received what I paid for and, on cancellation of my order received precisely nothing by way of refund. I have also found the company impossible to communicate with by phone or email. Several reviewers have said they will report the company to Trading Standards. Has anyone had any success with this? I am amazed that they are still allowed to trade.
I am going through the same process with this so called company. I have raised the issues with Trading Standards. I will report it to WatchDog and i have also requested my money back through the bank. Kicking myself now, as I wish I had done my research before dealing with this company (like I usually do).
Having exactly the same problems as everyone else. Paid for product and never received. I have mailed and phoned hundreds of times to no avail. Can someone tell me the registered company directors address or company registration number please?
Go to company house they will tell you, just to let you know showerdoorstore based at same address in rainham they have a phone number on they're website I rang and spoke to them, saying I was going to the directors address and he was actually surprised I was annoyed! Anyway I got my refund within a day, they rely on being faceless and people giving up, don't give them the satisfaction, I got my money when they knew I wasn't going to give up! Sure you will to, they're pathetic!!
