Poor Quality Kitchens But Ironically Well Fitted
Didn't get what we paid for or ordered not enough materials sent and kitchen is now falling to bits. I feel sorry for the fitters it's just a job for them fitting the wrong promises.

Be Very Careful
This company received only cash and (no proper receipt issued) right from the start to the end. It is not a free quotation because the kitchen designer would ask you to pay on the same day £ 150 during the visit otherwise the kitchen units price would go up stated the kitchen designer.
Kitchen arrived 10 days (not bad) however two doors of different colours were delivered and fitted by kitchenubers' approved kitchen fitters, who has fitted the wrong doors without consulting me.When asked they said they have no choice.
I managed to speak to customer service after waiting for nearly an hour on the phone and managed to ask them to deliver the right colour of doors and have them fitted. I was asked to call back after receiving the correct doors and I have been trying to contact them for two days but they put me on hold for hours despite hearing an automatic voice, " you are in the first line and someone will be with you soon," this repeated for hours at the end after 5pm, I gave up for my own sanity and would not call again.
I have decided to have the two doors fitted at additional costs. The kitchen material looks cheap and has its inferior look too. I comfort myself with realisation " You get what you pay for."
Now you decide for yourself whether or not to buy your dream kitchen from KITCHENUBERS.

Had my kitchen delivered on 10th September still not finished because missing parts which say they dont have in stock got 3 doors missi g hinges ment to be soft close. Paid extra soft close dont work this company a proper head ache the customer service is really rude all of them never use this company more problems than what its worth my list of probkens go on but dont want to bore u with a 10 page review just do not use at any cost

Planner visited .Seemed ok .Drew plan.we paid deposit and goods arrived as promised.Tried to match up goods delivered with goods ordered.Failed.Driver in a hurry and keen to tell u he is only the driver.
Spent most of day listening to loop Thank you for your patience,were trying to connect you.When I do get through the call centre ,they only say that they are busy.I guess this must be true if it is a rubbish service,
They promised to call us on Monday when they had delivery info in front of them
Still waiting...poor fitter.Does not know what is in front of him.
Lots of stress for both of us.

Wish I had read these reviews rather than the obviously made up ones on their own website. £2000 for a kitchen that is worse than the one we removed. All parts either scratched, damaged or missing. Gas hob faulty. Planner (that's a laugh)got measurements wrong so.we have gaps where units should be.
17 phone calls, over 5 hours trying to get through to customer services, calls cut off or phone put down and replacement parts not arriving. No fitting plans,no drilled holes. .I could go on but it would take a book to write down all that is wrong with this company. Reported to trading standards and will go to court to try.get back my money plus 3 weeks of my joiners costs. I am still without a working kitchen 2 months after it was delivered. How is this company still trading?. Please, please avoid.

It helps if you have the power of telepathy when the kitchen planner attends. He knows what he's doing and suggesting because it's his job..you are happy to leave the matter in his hands because he knows what he's doing. However when a problem arises as your kitchen is being assembled I.e., your work surfaces will need cutting and joining at extra cost you contact the company and they claim you should know that. We'll if that's the case and yòur blessed with all this knowledge they claim you should have we can make the kitchen designer redundant without even realising it by using our specialist knowledge we already had. Their customer services are appalling and exist in name only. My advice ... Believe the bad reviews and avoid kitchens uber, or whatever they're calling themselves

I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS ON UBER KITCHENS TOO BEFORE BUYING THEM. AS I AM REFURBISHING A HOUSE ON A BUDGET I DECIDED TO USE THEM. WRONG, WRONG WRONG! I SHOULD HAVE SEEN IT AS A SIGN FROM ABOVE WHEN THE SALES REP DID NOT SHOW UP FOR OUR FIRST SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. A SERVICE REP DID CALL TO APOLOGISE AND PROMISED ME A MASSIVE DISCOUNT IF I DID PURCHASE FROM THEM! SO I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE.
FABIAN, OUR REP, DID SHOW UP. NICE, BUT FAST TALKING. I WAS TOLD IF I PAID £100 CASH THERE AND THEN I WOULD SECURE THE DISCOUNTED PRICE. IF NOT, THE KITCHEN WOULD BE £200 MORE. I WAS NEVER TOLD THE £100 WAS A NON-REFUNDABLE DESIGN DEPOSIT. BTW: THE DESIGN WAS NOTHING MORE THAN 2 MINUTES WORK OF A QUICK SKETCH. I WAS TOLD THAT IF I COULD FIND THE KITCHENS CHEAPER THEY WOULD PAY ME £250, THEN I WAS TOLD I COULD HAVE IT FOR FREE IF I FOUND IT CHEAPER. SHOULD HAVE KNOWN. THE KITCHEN I BOUGHT HAS ONLY 5 PIECES AND NO DRAWERS EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM I NEEDED DRAWERS.
A REPUTABLE BUILDER ALSO SAID THESE KITCHENS ARE SECONDS WITH DEFECTS AND NOT LIQUIDATED, DISCONTINUED OR EX-DISPLAY MODELS AS STATED. UBER KITCHENS ALSO TRADES UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES BUT THE MAIN ADDRESS IS THE SAME FOR ALL OF THESE DISCOUNT KITCHEN COMPANIES.
I AM CANCELLING MY ORDER AND WILL TRY TO GET MY £100 BACK AND REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS.

Kitchens Uberly Deceitful And Rogue!
If we look beyond the fact that I am unlikely to get my £100 design charge back, even though I was told by numerous reception staff I would, the fact that I have been told 'I am doing their heads in' and being hung up on 4 times- I think I can safely say and warn everyone else out there that this company is completely deceitful and rogue!
The customer service is absolutely abysmal and I am quite concerned with the amount of individuals, however desperate for a job, are actually able to lie and be dishonest to so many people.
I only wish I had read the reviews before being on the spot. I guess if something is too good to be true in the first place, it really is too good to be true.
I wonder where I would lie if I did not pay for the kitchen on delivery and they had to chase me constantly to get the money for it...

BEWARE AT ALL COSTS! I WISH I HAD TAKEN NOTICE OF THE REVIEWS!
I placed an order with UBER KITCHENS but my invoice is for INTERIOR HOME DESIGNS OF ROSENDALE. I had to pay cash at the door when the items were delivered and £100 cash in hand to a designer who forgot to include or order the door which covers the extractor, so I had to go out and buy a stainless steel one. He ordered and charged for three end panels when one was needed, two larder end panels when one was needed and three plinths when two were needed. So a complete waste of my money!.
End panels, cornices and plinths were scratched when plastic coverings were removed.
My kitchen arrived via a very nice courier who took great care to see everything was
included and ticked off on my list .
IT WAS WHAT WAS UNSEEN WHICH WAS THE PROBLEM!
The carcasses are without a shadow of a doubt seconds or returns.!!! They were unboxed and bagged together in bubble wrap. When opened the 600mm sink carcass and its connecting 1000mm corner carcass had no markings or holes for cams and cam pins. They were not included anyway! Well why include them if there is nowhere to put them!!
We had to go to B&Q and buy two replacement carcasses because the phone was on a loop and no one bothers to answer the phones.
At least half of the cams and cam pins were missing for the wall units which did have most of the fixing holes in place. No indents or marks for the hinges in the doors. The drawer fronts were small doors with no way of fixing them to the drawers.
The list goes on and on. If I end up with a decent kitchen it will because I have a good fitter who is literally tearing his hair out!
