Excellent Service

An excellent service from start to finish. Our first visit to the showrooms convinced us of the high quality products on offer as well as the vast range available. The 'Designer' who visited our home was very helpful, full of ideas, he listened to our requirements and made some great suggestions. It was reassuring to find that the whole project was doubled checked by an additional visit to our home to check dimensions and material choices. The fitter was brilliant, he completed an excellent job and took all the packaging away. We have been really pleased and are already looking at Premier K&B to up date our bathroom in the near future.

If you are thinking of a new bathroom installed by this firm, think gain. Having received our money for a new bathroom approx 8 weeks ago we are still waiting for the fitting. We have been promised 3 dates so far all of which have been cancelled. Now going into the fourth week with a promise of the date to be with us today, we have again heard nothing. The sales team are friendly and book you a date which does not materialize. I am now looking at cancelling with a return of my money...that is if you can actually talk to someone at peterborough.having tried 4 times last week before getting a call back promising a phone call today that as I said did not happen

Abysmal Workmanship And Quality

Having paid for a New Kitchen I am flabbergasted that they find fitting unit doors with paint chipped off doors with what looks like watermark from manufacture acceptable. Also when fitting door handles they have used an impact driver to countersink screws rather than drilling a proper countersink. Help from Customer Services is non existent and I would not reccomend this bunch to anyone

We can also arrange for Electrical Certification to be resent if this has not been received.

Job Well Done

Designer was very patience especially after i changed my mind after placing the order

Surveyor was through

Fitter was fantastic, polite, friendly, asked my opinion and workmanship was excellent

the other trades were cool, electrician, gas fitter and the even the tiler (sorry for calling you back) you were a good sport.

Customer service was not good, you could never speak to them when you called always no answer, had to email however they always rang you back or emailed and rang to keep you informed even when the news that the fit was delayed so i give them credit for that.

Do Not Use This Company!!

We chose Premier Kitchens and Bathrooms Northampton to re-fit our family bathroom. They did not honour the start date despite us agreeing a specific timeframe at the point of sale which should have been the first warning however when they did start we endured and are still enduring what I can only describe as an amateur, very poorly managed and downright scandalous situation.

They started works on the 1st April quoting 10 days to completion. It is now 4th May and our bathroom is still not finished. Despite promises of urgent action to remedy bad workmanship, we are still waiting for somebody / anybody from the organisation to send us an inspection report and give us a date of when they will return to finish our family bathroom. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS COMPANY. I will be seeking legal advice and reporting to trading standards and the Ombudsman.

These are all empty words and promises that I have heard since the middle of April. This is a generic stock answer that quite frankly doesn't even begin to remedy the situation. I had to chase and chase for an inspection report, when I finally received one it was incomplete and then I had to chase and chase again for it to be updated. I am now chasing for a date for the remedial works to take place - I still have no idea when somebody will return to finish my bathroom an entire month after it was supposed to be completed. I am a reasonable and rationale consumer but please do not insult me by trying to appease me using a generic and meaningless response. How about somebody from your senior management team actually giving me a call to discuss my situation? Not one call received!! Shocking.

Please rest assured that our installation team are working hard to complete the remaining remedial items and you should now be in receipt of an inspection report from our Bathroom Project Manager. My shaker kitchen in beautiful…

My shaker kitchen in beautiful partridge grey & my sensational on-trend bathroom were both installed by PK&B in November 2017 by a great team of highly skilled craftsmen. Nothing was ever too much trouble to or for them. They showed great respect for the fact that I was still living in my house during the "remodelling!" Importantly, of course, the work was completed to timescale and to the agreed budget.

I particularly liked the fact that PK&B project-managed the entire contract from start to finish and provided ALL the specialist tradesmen who were all accountable to the Project Manager, via myself.

The kitchen & bathroom both still look as good as the day they were completed. I have been delighted with both ever since and every visitor to my house, without exception, passes highly favourable comment about the transformational nature of both installations.

I have recommended PK&B to my girlfriend who is presently looking to put in a huge kitchen and several bathrooms into her house in Harpenden. I am that confident about the quality of their product and workmanship!

Proffesional Second To None

Following the fitting of a bedroom recently by PKB which I am very pleased with. I just wanted to share my personal experience of PKB. From the recention team, to sales, team, fitters, managers, CEO, customer care team. The company is outstanding, I have informed at every stage of how the process is going. Now as in life things go wrong, that's normal in any business or trade. What's important is how the problem or issue is handled and managed. In the case of PKB you can be assured that they will effectively professionally deal with your concerns. Now I have had 3 kitchens, 2 x bedrooms, and a large office space fitted by PKB. I think that speaks for its self. I am very satisfied with the workmanship skill and communication at all levels of the business. The quality is high and in my opinion value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family or friends because I know first hand that PKBs will deliver a first class job. I am planning on a bathroom fit next from PKB.

Good Product, Helpful Sales But Delivery Awful.

I have bought a Kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a bespoke cupboard. The sales process was very helpful in terms of choice and design. I like the end product and the kitchen fitter was fantastic. I think they are good value for money in terms of the product.

However - nothing is completed on the required dates, Completion of my Kitchen was 2 months late.

They are responsive until they have your money - after that you will have to work very hard chasing and emailing to get them to complete. Post sales communication is dreadful.

Never Again!

So they started this 2 week project in October and 11 weeks on still not finished. After escalating concerns after week 2 and almost daily since they have made multiple promises that we will get a showroom quality kitchen but this is yet to materialise. The contracts manager has been to site twice. The contracts manager visited again at the end of week 5 and admitted that what had been fitted was not up to standard and that significant remedy would be needed ASAP. Despite this we still have no downstairs toilet or sink, and yes the smell is fantastic, they have left the opening to the sewer uncovered, the plastic bag over the opening helps but there is still a smell! We have cupboards in the kitchen that can’t be used as they haven’t been fitted properly and our dining room is still storing most of the kitchen items. Our Christmas was ruined as we had no where to accommodate anyone for food. We have been attempting to discuss the issues with the managing director however this has been REFUSED, once they have your money they don’t appear to care!

I am bitterly disappointed to see reviews regarding the customer service within my company. Whilst I appreciate that you cannot please all of the people all of the time, this common thread of poor communication has not gone unnoticed and I have taken robust action in changes internally to make all my valued customers not only have the quality products and installation that they deserve, but also to rebuild the customer service values that our last 26 years of trading have been based on.

Our aftersales relationship during the warranty periods are up to 15 years and had we not made these changes internally we would not be here to service these if they were needed.

I sincerely apologise to all those affected.

New Kitchen Ordered

ripped out kitchen and said other workmen would come next day, nobody came, called company they said they would come next day, nobody came called company they said they would chase it eventually they said it would be the day after, nobody came called company they got some one to come late in the day he wrote on the wall words like oven, hob etc and left saying his boss would come the day after. sure enough nobody came, went to showroom staff were not very helpful but did get customer care on the phone who said that on her screen work was scheduled at my house and she would chase it up and call me nobody came she never phoned. I have lost all faith in the company avoid at all cost wish I had seen the reviews on here
