Work Related Injury
I received a nasty work related accident in march 2016

I was injured in a road traffic accident, suffering multiple injuries, so much so that the medical evidence consisted of six separate reports. The other party accepted liability but disputed the amount of the claim.
An initial offer of £5,500 was rejected. Clear Law issued proceedings and an improved offer of £7,000 was made, but again rejected. Once again the offer was improved, to £14,000, and this time it was accepted.
I was referred to ClearLaw following a bad experience with another personal injury law firm.
