I ordered my kit with Amazon not realizing I needed to order my teeth trays. When I recieved my product I did not have anything but the trays. I called this company and had outstanding customer service. The man i talked to was very helpful in any questions that I had and very easy to talk to. I told him that I did not get trays with the kit I ordered and he sent me the trays free and no shipping. I was so happy when I got off the phone at how the company treated me will for sure be coming back to order again. Thanks so much for understanding and being extremely helpful!!!!!

: Gel is very good quality. I was not sure what to expect when ordering as there are many other companies online. The gel came packaged very nice and included instructions that walked me through the process. (I am new to teeth whitening) I put the gel in the trays and 20 minutes later I was done. I did this for 7 days. I started to see my teeth color change after the 1st treatment but then really saw a difference after the 2nd. I thank there customer service dept. for the time they took to explain there produces also. That means a lot to me. Thank you again!

5 stars! Me and my buddy ordered the kits as we just both quit smoking and wanted to get our teeth whitened. I did a lot of research on the best method to whiten teeth and gave Whiter Smile Labs a shot. The teeth whitening results I achieved in a couple of days was truly amazing.. I thought it was going to take over a month. I was wrong. I first ordered there instant kit with includes the gel and the trays trays that you for at home (a easy process) and then after seeing the results, I returned and purchased the custom lab made tray kit... Made the impressions at my home and the lab quickly sent me trays that hold the gel perfectly against my teeth... The comfort of these trays is also great as they do not feel "bulky" in your mouth as they are custom made just for you. Also all shipping to and from the lab is included with the cost.

Whiter brighter smile. I purchased this for me and my husband to use before our wedding. We each ordered the Custom Teeth Whitening tray kits.... WE made our molds, sent them back to the lab, and in no time at all they were shipped right back to us and teh trays fit really really nice. I made sure for us to make really good impressions, this way it makes a bettter tray. It turned out to be much easier then I thought, and we each saw results in a day or two, then after the week cycle, our smiles changed dramaticaly. Our wedding pictures came out great with white teeth , now I just need to stop smoking LOL..Good customer service also.

Whiter Smile Labs sent me my order fast and I loved the whitening gel! I will be ordering the custom fitted trays next. I also ordered the teeth whitening pen to keep in my pocketbook and found it very handy.

I have been a repeat customer of Whitersmilelabs.com for 2 years now... I order maintenance teeth whitening gel every 4-6 months when I am getting low, I have always received my order on time and have been satisfied every time. They ship fast and have great customer service. There teeth whitener is by far the best I have used. I also ordered my custom teeth whitening trays from Whiter smile Labs and they are a perfect fit and saved me hundreds of dollars from what my Dentist wanted to charge. I did have a few questions on the product and emailed the company and they quickly responded answering my questions. I will be buying again.

I purchased in October 2013 and only received an upper tray and they said remold the bottom teeth which I did. To date (June 2014) I have not received anything from them. My emails go unanswered and they never return any of my phone calls. I do not recommend this company.

I was very hesitant to try to teeth whitening gel found on-line that I knew nothing about, but I had nothing to lose. I was surprised at the speed of delivery, the ease of use and most importantly the results. It takes a little time and don't expect results overnight, but overall I ws very, very happy with the results and plan on purchasing from Whiter Smile Labs. Thanks for making me look that much more handsome!

Since Amazon does not ship this item to my country, I've ordered it directly from their website.

After 5 days from order, I asked them why didn't they send my item and then they decided that I need to add more money for the delivery. I added money and waited another few days. After few days they said that my package was sent but they can't give me the tracking number. Every time I asked, They had different excuses for why can't they give me the tracking.

I chased them for 3 weeks, then I had no choice than to ask Isracard to cancel the payment.

They claim they have an FDA approval but I didn't find any records in FDA site.

Having hard to believe those 5 stars are honest reviews.
