HerStyler Baby Curls Ceramic Curling Rod

I bought the baby curls curling iron for my daughter because the demonstrator at the mall selling them made her hair look gorgeous with the curling iron! They promise you the moon and stars when you buy it. 1 year later (after the warranty expired), the curling iron no longer works. The cord has very poor workmanship. It's designed to swivel but seems to come separated inside somehow causing it to completely malfunction.

I would never buy one of these again. Save your $ and just get a similar one at a brick and mortar store where they offer a better, no hassle, exchange policy.

three or four of my friends had already purchased the curler online, loving their hair, I decided to do the same. Its tricky to get the hang of how of use it to begin with, but after some practice its second nature. It also comes with a glove so that you don't burn yourself whilst curling. The curls are excellent and last all day! Mine is the 19mm purple styler. Great value for money and I would definatly recommend it.

I was disappointed when the mains cable failed at the point where it enters the curler body, enquired about purchasing a replacement power cord from herstyler (it is a swivel type power cord and can't be replaced safely by any other means)only to be informed that they do not supply spares and as the unit is chinese made herstyler don't know how they can help - in short pay them £180 and receive really poor support

In my opinion this curler is the bees knees! I've had it for awhile now and its indestructible! I drop it constantly (I'm a bit clumsy) and it still works like a pro. The curls stay in for the whole day and it doesn't burn your hair which is a definite plus :)My sis has their tattoo straightener and she loves it as well! Suffice it to say, I'm a Herstyler fan.

Well i took your advice and called Herstyler, the lady that came and demonstrated was nice enough very proffesional and found it very easy as the product does work. We asked for the terms & conditions to be sent to us via email and post.They did so. We made sure that what we were told was correct (if you dont sell or use the products in a period of time which i beilieve is 90 days then you can return them and get a full refund).

After the 90 days we did not sell any products also a few products that didnot work as promised ( some of the straightners we were told are 100% cermaic inside and out, despite this they still made the hair very static and not straight enough) we called Herstyler and the explained to us that we need to send them back to them and when they recieve them we would get our refund. We did so. After they recieved it they did not contact us for weeks on end.Eventually we rang them, they told us that taht we will recieve our refund.

A week or so later we recieved an invoice from them stating that they will not give us a full refund as they do not return the VAT, The postage price that we paid and on top of all the nonsense they would take a price off the value of the products as they feel they have suffered a loss!

This is by far the worst company to buy any products from! EVER!

Don't bother to buy this product, they promise you the earth to get you to buy, I bought a set of 3 styling wands, one of which did'nt work when I got it home, I had been promised a lifetime guarantee but then noticed on the back of the receipt that I had to send it away and pay £40 - what's that all about - to me this is an fairy expensive product and this sort of underhand behaviour is unacceptable - do not waste your money - it's not worth th hassle. Only gave this item one star because I had to !

This product its no easy to use, and it's Not good value for the money, i paid £85.00 and i am really sorry .It cames with on glove,if you dont burn you fingers that you hold the product you can burn the other one you do the curls or if you work near to yor face. And the curls itself are shameless, it doenst hold for a day, only a few hours. Its not worth the money!
