Garnier Nutrisse Deep Red 4.6

I am so pleased with the outcome of Deep Red. I did lighten my hair to platinum blonde though, before I used deep red, just in case it was a darker red than the box shows. I'm never switching to different red shades. This one is THE one. It's gorgeous ;)

dyeing my hair; i am using this colour to darken the roots of a previous red i used. i have no idea what to expect when the time is up, but hopefully an even colour. colour has a strong smell, but no way near as bad as other colours ive used. smell has a hint of fruit. definatly need two bottles next time if i come to use it again, wasnt enough for my midlegth hair. the mixure looked abit purple in the bottle, and now on my head it looks a darker red near the roots, and then very dark on the rest, 15 more minutes to go, fingers crossed!..

before washing the colour out; quite an even, dark, purple/red looking colour. a tiny bit lighter on the roots as expected because of my situation.

washing it out; it took a while to rinse clear and still isnt completely clear, but i dont seem to worry about that to be honest. conditioner felt very soft on my hair, made it feel nice. used the whole thing though.

results when wet; quite and even colour, abit purple. darker at the ends.

results when dry; the colour looked black at first but when it was fully dry it is a dark purple red, i am very happy with the results. and will be using this colour again when my roots grow through.

Garnier Nutrisse creme - 4.6 morello cherry. Colour was great, exactly what I wanted! If you have thick hair you would be best to buy two lots of cream as one pack would not have covered my hair but good value for money and am very happy with result! Cannot comment on how long it lasts as have just had it done but I will definitely be using it for the next time!
