From my experience, I do not recommend buying these extensions. The hair is bleached to white and after that, it’s colored, so in my case made the hair damaged, just as natural hair will be after bleaching. In my case, the hair extensions had a very unpleasant smell, just like plastic hair smells, but for some reason, they recommended me to not wash the hair unless it's necessary, which seemed a bit bizarre for me. My extensions tangle a lot and because of that a lot of hair is falling from the hair extensions. I researched a lot of companies online and I thought this is going to be a reliable hair supplier due to the video reviews, but what I saw in the videos and photos in my case was not the same quality I received. From my point of view, they charged me a big amount of money for the quality of my hair extensions and tried to delete all my reviews.

Review Of Geehair - Www.geehair.com

After my experience of dealing with this company, I would advise others to stay away from them. I purchased their Invisa human multiway weave. Prior to ordering the item I read the reviews on this site and also searched them on Facebook. I read over their sales procedures etc. The reviews they have are dated and very few. Their Facebook page is all advertising and no reviews. I thought this could only mean that they had a really good product and were also a good company.  What a fool I was. As requested on their website, upon receiving the weave I opened the window and checked the colour and hair texture, all was good. I opened the package and took out the extensions from the packaging. The binding on the top of extensions were, in my opinion, of a hard rubber consistency.   The business subsequently disputed this and told me that the hair extension tracks are flat, soft and flexible. The clips are small and the binding is less bulky than other extensions I have bought. I tried them on and it was then that I noticed the problems. The rubber binding was protruding and visible, I adjusted them several times but they still protruded. I looked over the extension to try and figure out why this was happening and noticed what I perceived as a manufacturing problem. Unlike other weaves that have a netted hair attachment, these ones are all bound in a way that I felt was with a hard and rubber like texture and the hair strips are about 4 layers with only a fine ribbon type binding it from top to bottom about 3 in total, which leaves nothing to take the weight between each layer of hair and the ribbon binding. I have used clip ins for years and never had a problem. As soon as I noticed the problem I emailed the company, this is where it gets to their terrible customer service. I received a email from them requesting I send them photos. I sent them photos the showed the binding was protruding and very visible against my hair colour, bearing in mind the colour of the extensions were the same colour as my own hair. I also sent them photos of my current hair extensions that I was replacing and how they sat perfectly in my head. However, this company highlighted how I had worn the item and that now under the Sales of Goods Act 1979 they don't have to refund etc.  I completely disagree with this.I was exchanged many emails with them.  They said they would analyse the product and if proven to be of satisfactory quality I will not receive a refund. During this time I was looking over their website and the item advertised was different from the goods being sold. I sent them another email showing their photos on web compared to the ones I received, bad move!! I then got another email with them accusing me of wearing the item and silly examples of buying and selling goods and again!!! Highlighted the "Sales of Goods Act 1979". I then responded to them with a step by step account of receiving the item, examining it and then trying it on.  I included dates times etc. I returned the item by recorded delivery which cost £7.45. They informed me that the item was being analysed. I was on holiday and received an email explaining that the extensions were tried on by, wait for it...... 10 different mannequins! Not human heads but that of dummies. They responded by telling me they found no problems with the extensions and as a gesture of goodwill they will refund my money but not my postage. Now I am thinking I am getting my £105.00 that I paid minus the postage for the return. Not the case!! They removed £4.50 for postage to send the goods, now that was free when I ordered. This is unfair treatment to customers. Firstly, I am well aware of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 however, they were changes made of the 1st of October 2015 for the consumers rights act. These are as follows, A Company have a right to deduct monies from refunds where goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value. You cannot usually deduct for removal of packaging to inspect the item, but you can deduct for damage or wear and tear where the item has not just been checked but used. Below is the consumer right act, * Satisfactory quality  Goods shouldn't be faulty or damaged when you receive them. * * Fit for purpose  The goods should be fit for the purpose they are supplied for, as well as any specific purpose you made known to the retailer before you agreed to buy the goods. * * As described  The goods supplied must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown to you at the time of purchase. DO NOT be fooled by the arguments from this company, they are not adhering to the same acts that they use to try to persuade you into keeping a product that is not fit for purpose!! You as a consumer had as much if not more rights when it comes to bad business conduct. They use the terminology that because the hair is of some kind of use that by trying on the product that this would not be eligible for resale. This is untrue! Trying a item on is not damaging a item, and same as clothing they can be tried for fitting purposes.  I hope people learn from this, better still take your business elsewhere.

Hi,

Apologies that you feel this way about our company however we did go out of our way to display high levels of customer services.

You ordered a Multiway Weave from us, and removed it from the permanent packaging and wore it. You then returned it to us claiming that it was faulty. We assessed the weave and found no fault with the weave, however we still agreed to refund you minus the postage fee which you accepted.

This is our usual policy, we do not refund the postage unless the item is faulty. Furthermore, we do not offer refunds on human hair once it has been removed from the permanent packaging and worn. We went out of our way to show high standards of customer services and this is why you received a full refund minus the postage.

Kind regards,

Gee Hair

Are the extensions still in good condition after being washed, how long do the human 3 pieces last and are they heavy on your head?

Jinty32

That's how good this company are they don't respond as their customer service is poor. However, if you have any complaints then they respond with intimidating you into keeping a useless product.
