This company will rip you off. They are over priced. I bought one of their ipl machine and the handle broke down so i called them for a quote...and oh my god their servicing price blew me away. I contacted another company and bought a much cheaper machine. It worked perfectly if not better than ellipse. Never buy from ellipse! You will regret you paid so much for something not that special as you think it is. The expensive price make you think they are amazing but in fact I've been fooled. Automatically people think when something is expensive it is good but as a matter of fact i was completely wrong and have been fooled once again.

They signed me up to a tied down finance agreement and do not stick to their words. When i showed them that i can cancel the agreement as stated on their headed psper contract, ellipse has already shut down their Ltd company and reopen another one as ellipse beauty light ltd. They say the warranty and anything else belongs to the finance company now, because their company has shut down and now trading in a different company name. Their warranty and their words means nothing.

All voided if they shut down the company. If you refuse to pay the finance try will come after you and put a charge on your name or your house. This happened to me! They have an incredible sales team which will Dell you anything. They just want your money. The director is very rich and he will do anything goes to fob you off with a 25k machine when in rrality you can get the same spec machine or better for about 5k. Avoif avoid avoid!!! You will be disappointed.
