Stay Far Away
I originally went to Ideal Image because if you buy a membership the cost per unit of Botox was very reasonable. The sales person talked me into trying Ultherapy. She raved about the results and told me how happy I would be. Quite the opposite actually. The procedure itself was extremely painful and the area I had done was tender for a few weeks following the procedure. It left dark red pinpoint sized lines all across my upper lip, all in perfect rows, exactly where they had used the ultrasound. I waited for 3 months, hoping they would fade and disappear completely. They did not AND I saw no difference in the appearance of the peri-oral area that I was supposed to be so happy with. I reached out to Ideal Image, who prescribed a hyperpigmentation cream to use twice a day for 6 months. Not only did the cream not work, by this time the rows of dots were now raised rows of brown dots. After the 6 months, I again reached out to Ideal Image. They explained to me that scar tissue can be a side effect and bid me farewell. It was clear that the person that did my procedure either did not know what they were doing or had the machine turned up way too high. Lesson learned. Go to a reputable place and spend the extra money for someone who knows what they're doing. I now have permanent damage to my upper lip. As for Ideal Image, the new look they gave me is far from ideal. They don't have a 2 1/2 star rating for nothing!
These People Are Starting Off On The Wrong Foot Wi
These people are starting off on the wrong foot with me. First visit for cool sculpting and they failed to inform me many trips would be needed. I don't like sketchy business practices. Omitting pertinent information is lack of integrity. Really ruined my experience today. Can't get my next appointment until may 27th. Who wants to get half a stomach done and almost a month later for the bottom stomach? As far as I'm concerned they're garbage
Don't Waste Your Money On Them!
I felt like was being pressured into the credit check (even after I said my credit isnt great) to see if I qualified for whatever type of payment. I didn't do it and glad I didn't. There's no reason why laser should have its own insurance. I can literally go get laser done for under 200 bucks elsewhere yet you guys wanna charge thousands. That's sick.

During My Consultation I Agreed To Pay A $1,041.50
During my consultation I agreed to pay a $1,041.50 deposit. I agreed to use their financing service and WAS NOT TOLD THAT ALL OF THIS WOULD BE CHARGED IN FULL. They took another $4,500.00 from the lending company after telling me I was just making a deposit. I had HALF of the treatments and it HURT SO BAD! It HURTS for at least 1 1/2 weeks. It ripped up my skin giving me a bleeding rash and was traumatic enough to trigger 3 days of migraines. THEY REFUSE TO TERMINATE MY CONTRACT and refund the money for the services that HAVE NOT BEEN RENDERED YET! They will not care about you at all as a person, they just want your money even if they didn't earn it.

Loan Warning
There is few things I would like to mention here for some other clients who decide to get service and look for review for Ideal Image.
I will give you first warning DO NOT take financing plan thru Ideal Image they don't explain correctly about your "0%" financing. I got service for promotion deal for $4231.42 for 18 months 0% which is great deal BUT here is what is wrong with that plan.
With 0% I have to pay around $236 monthly which I started paying little more just to pay off month before my promo ends, what I didn't notice and that was MY MISTAKE I wasn't looking at statements.
After 6 months later I noticed on statement the amount have not chance much. Every statement had print on that states " if you pay the currant pay-off amount of $$$$ plus any additional purchases or fees by your promotion expiration date the total interest charges of $$$$ plus any additional accrued interest will be waived" and there it is 26.99% APR charge, so I asked myself how can I be charged 26.99% if my promotion deal is "0%" get this I talk to girl who signed me up for plan and she said "ohh honey remember when we talk so you pay that amount by your promo expiration date and whatever you paid 26.99% they will reimburse you" I said umm ok I don't remember anything about reimbursement, why would they charge me if they will give me my money back, why not just do 0% and I don't have to pay 26.99% each month for remaining balance, to her respond " ohhh it's just how the plan is setup".
I didn't do service for my face because I am expose to sun and I stared my service in summer so they told me not to worry nothing changes until I start the service (for my face) then I HAVE to finish otherwise promotion will no apply and I have to pay extra. Yay for me
I can say other services are great I have great results after 7th treatment the bad thing is also about getting scheduled, you get treatment about every 6 weeks so one of my appointments had to be reschedule which took another 6 weeks. This can postpone also the results you are hoping for since hair doesn't stop growing, as with each treatment you can see results better.
Now I'm in situation where I had to transfer the remaining balance from my GreenSky (Ideal Image financing bank) to one of my credit cards who gave me truly 0% financing. Now I will just have to see if I get my interest money back that I paid in the next 2-3 weeks it shouldn't take more or I will have to fight for it really hard.
Hi, I didn’t quite understand that loan part, I’m in the same situation but my loan of $3125 is not activated yet. It’s supposed to be with 0% for 24 months with no penalty if paid in full early. But I think you are saying they have 26.99% if you pay early is that right? Please contact me. I’m 19 and got myself into this without doing prior research and need some help.
Poor
Ideal image customer service financial department is so rude and unhelpful. I talk to about 10 different people supervisors including and every time I get a different answer. I been charged promo fees when I made my payments on time. I set up online banking so it can get automatically taking out of my bank account. Sent them proof and they’re still trying to charge me. If I can give them a negative star I would. Please take your money somewhere else or have cash to pay.

If You Are Considering Laser Hair Removal, I'd Recommend It
I have struggled with excess hair my whole life. My main issue that I was most self conscious about was facial hair (chin), being as I am a woman. I tried many things: shaving, waxing, plucking, creams. I never had much luck and my skin is very sensitive and reactive so it would break out and get red. Well I talked to my dermatologist and got a good understanding about laser hair removal or "reduction". I was told by both my doctor and Ideal Image that I was a good candidate due to my light skin and dark, course hair. I chose Ideal Image due to the similar information I received as compared to my dermatologist and the price was cheaper. So I will say that I was skeptical at first. The first free consultation I spoke with a nice girl but she was in "sales" and was a fast talker and I had gotten signed up quicker than I expected. I was also told that I would need 9 treatments. So after my first couple treatments to my chin and saw very little result. During my next few appointments I expressed my concern that I still had a lot of hair growth. Ideal Image completed all 9 treatments and gave me an additional 2 free treatments because they do expect better results. I'm HAPPY to say that after completing all my treatments I see and feel a HUGE difference. I used to pluck and shave on a daily basis. When I started the laser treatment they only allow you to shave or trim...in order to get the hair at the same length/growth cycle. So when I first started I would shave every day. After about my 4th treatment I was down to shaving twice a week. Now that I've had my final treatment I may shave or trim like once a month...if that. My amount of hair on my chin has decreased by at least 80% and the hair that does grow is now fine and blonde...hardly noticeable. It's given me much more confidence and I'm saving time not having to sit at the mirror plucking daily. I want to warn anyone considering this that you have to go in with a realistic goal...it won't treat light hairs much. It might not remove it all, but it will greatly reduce the hair growth. I also want to clarify the financial aspect as well. Before I got started I read a lot of negative reviews about money and harassment. Well it is expensive. When you sign up you get a "credit card" and have monthly payments. It has been my experience that as long as you make your regular payments on time there is NO problem. I make my monthly payments and am almost done and have never had any harassment or phone calls. I will also say that I went to the Perrysburg location and was always happy with the location. It's very clean, the staff was friendly, and I never had a long wait time. In conclusion, I would say if you are seriously considering laser hair removal and you struggle with dark, embarrassing hair, I would recommend Ideal Image. I was skeptical and unsure, but am happy with my results.

So Happy!
I have had laser hair removal for underarms and bikini. I have had 7 treatments out of 9 and have very little hair. They tell me a small amount may remain, but I am happy with the 95% reduction that I have! Saves me so much time and razor irritation! I also did coolsculpting for my lovehandles and went down a pant size!! Can't wait to do more! I wish everything was cheaper, but it works so it is so worth it. The customer service and environment are wonderful.

Unfair Ripoff
Thought I had a good deal for facial hair removal. Had two treatments and then was involved in a horrible vehicle accident and felt this was not the time to spend money on vanity with such huge doctor bills coming my way. They did not work with me and I was required to pay FULL price for the two treatments I had, which came to around $800.00. Those two treatments did me no good at all and I am back to having to shave daily. With all the money they make, they could have worked a little harder for good customer service. I will do all I can to dissuade anyone I know from going to Ideal Image.
