Owner called me and said her machine doesn't work, so I have to cancel your appointment and we will call u when it is fixed. Never got call so I had to call. They scheduled me. When I went there , the owner saw me and freaked out, started pointing her finger to me and saying something in her language . But I could tell from her body language and my name mentioned in that. They overbooked and she started yelling in her language . Never apologized and through out the treatment that day she was rude. ( after paying few thousand dollars )
