Nair Easy Microwave Wax Hair Removal

Followed the instructions to the letter. I found it did not pull short or long hairs from anywhere on my face. I found the long wax strings that pulled from the tub to be a real pain when trying to get the wax onto my skin. I "dusted vey lightly with talc" as per instuctions. I suppose it did a good job of removing the talc... It should have worked much better than it did. (Didn't?)

I usually use wax strips (another brand) that I get from the supermarket. Will be going back to using them, but I'm a bit cranky that I did my money on Nair - hence this review. Since I can't get my money back, I will be boycotting all Nair products in the future.

this is the worst product I have ever bought. followed all the directions and all it did was leave a sticky film on my face. do not buy.

This is the most nowhere waste of time and money I have ever spent on hair removal. It is gooey messy. Does not take the hair out but just makes it like shaving. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolutely fantastic product!!! no need for messy strips..Why can't I find it anymore:( i found that the producy was very easy to apply and worked perfectly to rememove even the shortest hairs

I have been using Nair wax for the Microwave for a couple of years now,What a great product, you dont need to use it with strips, its not sticky and comes off in one go, I have been looking for the past 4 weeks for more of this wax, Ive been in Chemists, Boots, Superdrug and can not find it anywhere. I found it took a long time to wax my legs using this Nair Easy Microwave Wax Hair Remover. It seemed impossible to get a good length strip of wax using the provided applicator, so I had to settle for short patches. It does pull hair out, but I had to rewax most parts of my legs and even then it was patchy. It began to set very quickly which meant it was agony rolling up enough to make a ridge I could pull on. Once I had that, it really didn't hurt to pull it off.

Also, I'm not keen on the smell. It really stinks out your microwave. On the plus side, it leaves very little residue on your skin, and if you spill any it's easy to pick off as it sets quickly - so no sticky mess.

Overall it's an ok product - not great, but easy to use.

Nair Easy Microwave Wax Hair Remover - I've been using wax now for a number of years and have always been quite happy until I tried this, all I can say is that its fantastic, no sticky residue left on the skin afterwards and the hair completely gone in one attempt, I'll be sticking with this product from now on!

Really good in pulling the hairs, even short ones. Left my underarms less swollen (compared to using prewaxed strips) because I didn't have to repeatedly wax the same area to pull hairs out.

Pleasantly surprised with the effectiveness. Willing to deal with the messiness since it does the job well.

I bought some Nair Easy Microwave Wax Hair Remover about a month ago. I thought I'd wait enough time got my hairs to grow back properly before I wax my legs. I have to say I'm very disappointed with the results. After following the instructions and doing everything as it says after removing the wax of my leg there was still quite a large amount of hairs left on my legs. 1 hour later, having reheated the wax once (became too hard to handle) there was very little difference. In the end I was forced to clean up the mess and then shave. It was a terribly disappointing experience. So after I looked up reviews online I realized I wasn't the only so I decided to ask the company for a refund. I contacted them through their website, I got an answer about 3 weeks later and after providing some information I am now waiting for my 7.99 cheque to come in the mail any day.

As soon as i got Nair Easy Microwave Wax Hair Remover out the microwave, the stench hit me, if i got too close to the smell, seriously felt that i was going to pass out. I waited about 15 minutes for the wax to cool down enough, and when it was, it applied easily, and evenly, let it dry, whipped it off, saw some hairs on the strip, but most were still on my leg. i tried the same area a few more times, but still they wouldn't all budge.

i guess this may be because i have very thick stubborn hairs that don't budge, even if you applied radioactive something to it, so i may recommend this to people with easily removable hairs, but i cant be sure, as i don't.
