Me and my friend went for a massage as we are regulars.

It was the most awful experience ever.

The lady who massaged me kept pressing her thumbs and elbows into my lower back.

I stopped her 3 times as I was in agony.

I have regular massages but this was the worst experience ever.

She was not only very rough she also carried on when I tried to stop her.

My friend also complained that she couldn’t take the pain.

The ladies who massaged us were new and we had ever met them on our previous visits.

When we asked them their names they pretended not to understand.

Will not be going back ever.

Decided to visit Nattaya as my neck and shoulders were sore and full of knots due to working at a desk all day for long hours.

Lady P did not leave an inch of the full body massage that I opted for, she worked specifically on the neck and shoulder area and when I left could not feel any pain at all whatsoever.

Was offered a drink and was relaxed in a non rush environment.

I would highly recommend and will be back on a regular basis.

I was recommended by a friend. I had a really bad stiff neck and shoulders and he advised me that I should pay Nattaya a visit. However I was not convinced as I had never try it before in the past.

Since having this one session I can surely say that I will be getting a Thai massage at least twice a month. I have also told all friends and family about my experience and yes I would definitely recommend Nattaya. Thank you for a great experience and helping me with my back pain.

I had visited only once before and thought the massage was very good, so I decided to indulge on my birthday a month or so later and booked a four handed massage. I purchased a discount card online before my appointment to make it a little more affordable, when I called to book the appointment, I ended up speaking to the person I dealt with who confirmed that the discount card would be waiting for me and I just had to give my name to one of the girls when I arrived and they would include the discount for me. This did not happen, they seemed to be very understaffed when I arrived so there was no one else to ask or speak to, they said that they would get into trouble if they gave me a discount without the card, I explained that I had spoken to the person I dealt with who said he had received my online payment for the card which would be waiting for me, but the girls still insisted that I would have to pay the full price, and that they would try and give me the discount on my next visit. I did not want to get into an argument on my Birthday by refusing so I paid £70 for the massage. The massage itself was very average, no where near as good as the original one I had some weeks ago. One of the two girls who was performing the massage was full of a cold and kept leaving the room, this must have happened around half a dozen times throughout the massage which I thought was very poor, she apologised but it happened none the less.

I was not offered the option to shower, which would have been useful due to the amount of oil used, nor was I offered a robe or slippers, it seemed like they just wanted me to leave whilst they moved on to their next customer as they appeared to be very busy, and very understaffed. It is a real shame as I was hoping to become a regular visitor to their salon, which is why I wanted to purchase the card in the first instance.

It seems that there is little continuity in many services offered to today's consumers, my first visit was very good, my second was very poor, yet it was the same place and the same service, so why was there such a difference between the two? There was no one present at the Salon to address my issues with which is why I have written this review.

I understand that sometimes things go wrong and staff are ill, being very busy is a nice problem for them to have, but if the level of service falls then then will not have this problem for long.

10/03/16. Thursday afternoon. 1 hr massage £35. Coffee offered and taken. CCTV in waiting area. Nice waiting area. Friendly receptionist. Friendly massage lady. Small lady. Room nice and warm. Lights on low. Candles burning. Small but adequate room. All my clothes taken off. Medium massage taken. Very good. Lots of oil used. Not very good English spoken, but enough to understand. Happy with massage. Would go again. White robe and slippers given for shower after. 2 towels given.Shower rooms upstairs.Electric shower hard to adjust, I could not get it warm enough. No rush by anyone. Park for free on Tesco car park 2 minutes away.

Very friendly masseuse , talkative and made me feel very welcome and relaxed. Her massage was outstanding and I could hear a few joints cracking ! Attention to details made it obvious she was a trained professional , a proper Thai massage with a choice of pressure , I took medium as usual and it was perfect, as if she knew by feel where pressure was needed. This was my third time at Nattaya and it is from now on the only place I will go in UK for massage even though it means 45 minutes drive each way . Well worth every penny and a real treat. I was surprised to find a genuine Thai massage salon outside of Manchester city centre. I have used some of the salons in Chinatown for a couple of months with varying degrees of satisfaction.

Having found this little gem, I don't think that I will go anywhere else. I have been three times in the last month and all have been different.

The first time was on spec and I was able to take advantage of their Thursday special to receive a great hour Thai massage that loosened me up.

The second time, I wanted a remedial massage to help with a persistent throat/chest infection. I extended the hour to two because of the number of knots and problem areas and received a "no pain, no gain" treatment as a result which does what it says on the tin. A week later, I feel the benefit and less tender.

Today I booked another two hours but this time was soft and gentle as I was still struggling with health. A great session that really hit the spot. I will probably make that a regular thing now. Thank you.
