This Mascara Is Just Perfect. I Have Waterproof On
This mascara is just perfect. I have waterproof one. Easy to apply, holds for ages, deep color, really waterproof (tested in swimming pool and steam room - perfect), no smudginess. Only minus is its really really hard to take it off. I use precleanse product, cleanser and its still there..

I Really Liked This Mascara, Although It Did Clump
I really liked this mascara, although it did clump, you just have to be careful! However, I also tried the waterproof version which I thought was awful. It had a really constantly sticky 'wet look' to it, which, whilst making my lashes look greasy, also weighed them down and stopped them from curling upwards and made them clump, however careful the application was. As they stayed feeling wet for hours, they clumped with any touch throughout the day.

Thickens well. Clumps, clumps, clumps- needs to brush it out with a separate brush. If you want volume its good but you need a fine toothed brush to avoid ending up with 4 lashes per eye

I Have Had Double Ended Mascaras Before, But None
I have had double ended mascaras before, but none were as good as the Bourjois Maxi Frange mascara! I was very impressed at the comb for the base coat. I have had a comb mascara before and it clumped terribly, and it brought too much mascara out on the comb, but this has the perfect amount and separates wonderfully. The black/brown end is great too. It has an intense colour, and the actual mascara has a wonderful consistency. It is not too runny, but not so thick it doesn't stick to your lashes. It lengthens instantly and the black makes your lashes look thick. This mascara is also versatile. You can go natural by only putting a thin coat on, or you can go for the full false lash effect!

I Was Dubious About The Claims Bourjois Maxi Frang
I was dubious about the claims Bourjois Maxi Frange makes, not least due to the huge disappointment that was Bourjois Coups de Theatre Mascara which uses the same principle with little success.
I decided to give it a go as my usual brand, although very good was just too pricey and didn't last in the tube for the money.
I was genuinely surprised at the excellent results this mascara gives - really thick intense lashes.
The only big drawback is that it takes time to apply as it's 2 steps. Getting full coverage of the colour coat over the base coat can be a bit awkward, which can leave white flashes on your lashes if you're not careful!
Definitely give it a go though if you want a full volume lash look.

After Seeing The Lashes Of The Model On The Bourjo
After seeing the lashes of the model on the Bourjois Maxi Frange advert I went out to get it immediately. I wasn't under any delusions of having amazing lashes like her but I thought I would get somewhere near that. Despite the lengthy application time I found it so easy, especially as there are two different styles of brushes; a comb and volumising brush, they're both really effective too. One major problem I found was clumping, I'd already combed my lashes before I applied the while extending coat and once both coats had fully dried I tried combing again, the results were good it just took forever to wait for the numerous amounts of coats (you need a few to cover the white!) to dry. At least I managed to get much longer and fuller lashes even if it did take a little more time!

I Saw The Bourjois Maxi Frange Mascara Whilst Out
I saw the Bourjois Maxi Frange mascara whilst out shopping and decided to try it. I did not believe for one second that my lashes would end up like the lashes of the model in the picture, but thought that the mascara could not be any worse than the one I had just 'invested' in. I got home and decided to try the mascara. The first step is a white-cream coloured liquid which is applied to lashes using a very fine comb. I was amazed - it physically lengthened my lashes to double their normal length, and I still had not applied step two. Next, I applied the black coat with a thick, roller-style volumising brush. It worked wonders. My lashes, despite my doubt, now looked exactly like the model's. The only flaw I could find with this mascara was that it took several well-applied coats of black (or another chosen shade) to completely cover the creamy white coat, and if you are not careful, you will end up going out with white streaks or spots on your gorgeous, thick and long eyelashes. However, don't be put off from buying this mascara! It is truly the best mascara I have ever tried, and is most probably the best on the market at the moment.
