SK-II Facial Treatment Cleanser

SK-II Facial Treatment Cleansing Gel is sold at $80 for 100 gram in a jar. This Skincare product is the first to be used in any beauty regime to remove any make-up on the face.

I found it to be excellent in removing all of my make-up, and left skin feeling smooth and velvety. However, you must rinse off any residue of the gel before using your cleanser.

There may be some brands out there who can perform make-up removals at a much cheaper price, and shows similar effectiveness. But, as I'm so in love with SK-II right now, my beauty regime consisted of all their products and I am not thinking of switch brands any time soon. But if you found any brand that works well for you, by all means go for it.

SK-II Facial Treatment Cleanser - Okay, to be honest, SK-II products are expensive. But they work, and I trust their products not to damage my skin in the long term. Looking at the famed Japanese celeb Kaori Momoi, who has been a face for SK-II for 20 years is enough to convince me that they work. Not to mention celebs like Gisele Bundchen, Cate Blanchett and numerous Asian celebs.

Priced at A$76 for 120 grams in a tube (I've since learned that in some countries where SK-II products are sold, they are in jars), you may think that's overly expensive, and that you can find other brands that work equally well, yet much cheaper. But hey, as I've said, I trust SK-II products to maintain my youthful skin well into my old age. That's because all SK-II products contain Pitera, which helps to improve the skin renewal cycle.

My first beauty regime consisted of a cleanser and face powder when I was starting out as a teenager. That's years, years ago and since then, I've used so many cleansers. But none works wonderfully like SK-II Facial Treatment Cleanser. I am so amazed at the smooth and velvety feeling that it left on my face. It increases my confidence immediately, as I used to have dull skin (it's not radiant at all), and SK-II has helped me just within days.

However, some of you may not be big on scented cleansers and I was worried about that too. Knowing that most SK-II products have a pungent smell (I guess it's the smell of Pitera), I had expected this cleanser to smell the same way too. But it smells of rose hip oil. Not that I know if they contained any rose oil, but they have the scent. My mother is a big fan of rose hip oil products and I know that they do no damage to her face, so I guess that the scent in the cleanser wouldn't damage my skin as well.

A truly wonderful cleanser, worth every dollar as it's been 2 months and it still hasn't shown any signs of running out.
