Delayed Very Poor Service For Xmas Decorations

Do not shop here for Xmas stuff. Paid for delivery for Xmas decoration, 2-3 days promised, but 10 days later nothing has showed up and no tracking number and we’re now in mid December!. This was ordered well ahead of the Royal Mail strike. I’ve applied for a refund, I’ve read the reviews and apparently it’s not their strong point, some have said be prepared to be ignored and chase! Let’s see!

Apalling Customer Serice Avoid!

Items ordered from Not on The High Street, found same item for sale directly from Dibor at less than 1/2 the cost than NOTHS. They refused to refund difference, not interested in customer satisfaction! Quite possibly the worst online retailer I have had the misfortune to deal with in a long time! Buy at your peril, don't expect any assistance from customer service, they don't care! Would happily give them 0 star rating if I could!

Please Don't Use

Ordered an item from them, promptly delivered. Had to send it back couldn't use the item for its purpose as items didn't fit!!!! But that's another story. Sent back waited 4 weeks for a refund. Kept emailing, kept being lied to and given all manner of excuses. Eventually got a refund after weeks of emails and frustration. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do not order from this company! The Lady I spoke to yesterday was rude and patronising! clearly not bothered about keeping customers.

Beyond Disappointing - Shocking Service - Avoid!

I ordered two items from Dibor through Not On The Highstreet back in November. Despite receiving a notification that they had been dispatched, I then was informed the items were out of stock until early December. A few weeks later I was then told they were out of stock until mid-December.

By mid-December they had not yet arrived, so I emailed to ask where the items were. Miraculously they were suddenly available and were to be dispatched the next day. When they arrived, I discovered I had been sent entirely the wrong order.

I then arrange for these to be exchanged with the correct order with customer service, who ensured this would happen. Day before the agreed exchange date, I get a call telling me my items are yet again out of stock until February.

Only options I was given was to either cancel my order or just wait. No compensation or anything.

I don't normally write reviews but I have been so appalled by this company - and on reading other reviews it seems like similar situations have happened. I cannot begin to imagine how they are still operating with such terrible service.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

I looked at the website on 1 December and had to hunt around as many items were listed as being out of stock. But I eventually found a set of glasses and placed the order (though the website was hard to navigate and kept giving error messages. After I placed the order, there was a message saying that I would receive a confirmation email. 4 days later , no email.

On 5 December I used the webchat facility to ask about my order, and was told it was out of stock. I asked how that could be, when the website showed it as being in stock. The person I spoke to could not see the problem with this! I said it was fraudulent to accept payment for something that you knew you did not have, but did not tell the customer that it was not available.

Shocking Customer Service From Wrong Item Dispatched

Disgusting service after dispatching the wrong item to my home address, worth half the price paid and not wanted. Very unhelpful. Treated like a problem. Have demanded proof after proof yet to no avail, taken up ridiculous amounts of time, not been forthcoming with information needed, patronizing and robot responses. Terrible, will not purchase from this company again. Would strongly advise against it.

Wrong Price Shouldn't Be Customers Fault!!!

I purchased a fire guard from this company that was clearly priced and pictured with name and item number.

I did not read a description in which they tell me was of a cushion!

Therefor they said there had been an error on pricing and either I paid extra for what I had ordered originally at the price they then said it was or have the bear cushion.

To which I replied I'd like the fire guard at the price I paid and saw advertised to which I was then told they couldn't for fill my order and where refunding me.

ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

False Advertising, Poor Customer Service

Ordered a product from Dibor after seeing a picture of the beautiful packaging it would arrive in on notonthehighstreet.com Unfortunately when it arrived it came lazily wrapped in bubble wrap with no sign of the packaging that had attracted me to the product. Upon contacting them they showed no remorse and claimed I should have noticed that the packaging it came in was actually 'gift wrapping' which was an optional extra. The gift wrap button was so small I could barely see it the second time I tried to find it. Had I known there was a gift wrap button I still wouldn't have clicked it as the packaging they showed it in on the product pictures looked nice enough. It's false advertising plain and simple. They said I could return the product, but didn't offer to cover this cost and said they wouldn't accept my return unless I could print out my receipt and explain why I was returning it.

Disgusting experience.
