BUYERS BEWARE!

I purchased a fridge freezer and within 3 weeks it was faulty. I called HE customer services and was subjected to a very abrupt and sarcastic advisor. Long story short, they agreed to collect the fridge and then emailed to state that they would not, this has been ongoing until I had to report to the Financial Ombudsman. The senior team could not even send an email without seeking authorisation. Still in a battle. There is a reason that the products are cheap (faulty). Avoid this company!

Re: HE reply below, again another attempt to fob off as their records will show that I have spent a whole week in the phone to many different customer care advisors. They even stated upon 2 occasions that they would send email confirmation advising that they will collect the fridge. Still awaiting such emails.

Absolute bad business. Definitely avoid unless you want to be spoken too rudely, have them take your money for faulty products and not adhere to consumer rights.

This company are awful been waiting 3 weeks for a wall gazebo and now home essentials are fobbing me off every time I ask for a refund very very unhappy

I ordered an item from Home Essentials through Amazon on a Saturday, received an email on Monday saying it had been despatched, but it didn't arrive till the next Saturday.

I don't normally have any problems at all with mail or other deliveries, in fact I later ordered four other items from different sellers, each of which I received within two days, long before I received the earlier order from Home Essentials.

Consequently I gave negative seller feedback on Amazon because of this, but the following day it had been removed. I am far from happy that Amazon's seller ratings are being distorted in this way.

In summary, don't order from Home Essentials if you expect your item quickly, my experience is that they perform badly in this field when compared with other online sellers.

I find the prices are to high and ridiculous for example an item that cost around £25 on Argos they sell it for over £50 no good stay away!!!!!!!!!! they're over pricing shop somewhere else is cheaper
