Pandora Bracelet

I placed an order for £110 thinking I’d receive the free bracelet. When the order arrived the bracelet was not there. I was told it was out of stock. Whey then did Pandora allow me to place the order in the 1st place. Surely they know how much stock they have!

I complained and was told if I place another order for a minimum of £164 I could have another bracelet to the value of £69.

I’m disgusted

Have boughtsilver pandora bracelet £190 tarnished so badly cannot wear it my daughter said I should complain but would be told to clean it do not relish the thought of doing this every time I want to wear it must be fault in design all my other silver have had for years do not have this problem so disappointed

right I ordered a silver chain ring that my daughter wanted. she was very upset when It came because it wasn't the right size and NOT a solid ring that we were led to believe it was. the website needs to show this in prober pictures not stupid staged ones. I felt like I have now been coned because it will cost me £10 pounds to send it back!!! this is honestly disgusting!!

I was supposedly to get the free bracelet online when I spent over £99, the bracelet did not arrive. After complaining I finally after 3 weeks received a £65 eSTORE voucher. When I tried to use this it says it has already been redeemed. Well not by me!! Shocking service

I purchased a bracelet online this morning from the official Pandora website.

On completion of the order the site went to 'page not found'. I have no order ref and no email confirmation.

I have rung them and their system does not show my order until 24 hours later...! What a joke.

Strangely, the only thing that seems to work is the money being taken from my account.

Is this incompetence?The customer service team are in another country and can't even put me through to a manager!!!!

Save yourself the worry and buy another brand.

This is a company portraying an image of world class but sadly are not fit to trade online.

They have 1 hour to rectify or i report them to the fraud team.

My pandora bracelet has tarnished sooo badly within 1 year of owning it. It won't even clean up with approved methods of cleaning. It remains completely tarnished and I cannot wear it at all. This tells me that this is very poor quality jewelry and I will never buy it again. Now I am stuck with a useless bracelet with many charms I paid a lot of money for...I can't even sell it because it is so tarnished. Terrible quality silver jewelry at a very high price. Don't buy it!!

Bought a Christmas present for my wife and after 3 visits to the store they refuse to honour refunds by continually asking for different things. Finally got my money back but horrible experience

On the 23rd of December of 2016, I went to the Pandora Store in Cordova Mall in Pens, FL. I was told that I could not go in the store, because I did not know what I wanted to buy. Needless to say I have been buying in that store since they open it. I went back the next say with my wife to report this incident and indicate to the manager and pointed out the employee that told me " If you don't know what you are going to buy tou can not come in" and both managers that I spoke to showed no interest in the situation. I wrote corporate office and I'm still waiting for a response from them.

Also that same day 2 other gentleman were told the same thing. Me being Latin and them being Afro American, this only says one thing Racist and Discrimination

Expensive because they are so popular with all the chavs. The actual quality is on par with Argos 'Elizabeth Duke' range and the now defunct Ratners 'jewellers'. It's basically overpriced tat. I'm surprised it doesn't make more people's hands, ears and necks green! Avoid at all costs and go to a real Jewellers and buy something made by a real jewelle - a well made antique piece.

I bought three charms bought a bracelet silver all was put on at store two stoppers the same with a charm between one of the stoppers fell off that should not happen fifty dollars gone and no recourse at store doesnt see right also the stoppers do not work to keep the charm from rolling around on hard silver bracelet over two hundred dollars for the set and one piece gone a shame
