I have used this company to buy my leagwear for over 3 years now. Never had any problems at all. In fact its been wonderful to shop somewhere you experience proper customer service and they seem to really care! Don't normally do reviews but found this one and felt like I had to share my experience. Highly recomended shop in my opinion.

Excellent customer service from stockingsdirect.co.uk. I placed my order over telephone, which I got through to a friendly advisor straight away, there was no extra cost for telephone ordering (unlike some companies). Although I paid extra for next day delivery unfortunatly they didn't arrive, however this couldn't be helped as they are based in southeast which had heavy snowfall overnight. When they did arrive thy were packaged beautifully and I'm very pleased with my item (just how they looked on the website). I phoned up to ask for a refund for the next day delivery charge and once again I got through to someone straight away and refunded me without any hesitation. it's nice to know that there are companies out there that actually value their customers!

Order has not arrived 10 days after it was supposed to have been despatched to me.

Contacted stockingsdirect and they did not take ownership of my problem but instead gave me a Royal mail reference number and advised me to chase it up.

Given that they chose the carrier they should really be offering a no quibble refund and then sort this problem out.

Website easy to navigate. Order never arrived. The money was taken from my account as bank statements confirmed. E-mailed customer services twice. Heard nothing back. Still waiting for a refund. Appalling

Stockings Direct is a great company. Site is really easy to use and great to look at. Highly recommended!Great selection. Top service (order arrived in less than 24 hours).
