Ordered a baby changing bag over 3 weeks ago
Still not received with no clear explanation as to why I haven’t received the item. No proof of refund. Buyers beware!!!!

Appalling service
I have given the company one star only because there is no option to give zero.
As with all previous reviews, order was placed 22.11.22 and has not arrived. However, despite saying on the 7.12.22 that the parcel was still with Evri, I was the told on the 9.12.22 that I had received it on the 30th November at a time I was in- as you have no doubt guessed this is a complete fabrication and the customer service is appalling.
Please use Boden- issue resolved with one email and replacement arrived the next day
Disaster Saved By A Brilliant Staff Member
On the 1st December I ordered a gift online to be wrapped and delivered to a friend’s newborn in London. Two weeks later I realised I had received no delivery communication, so I tracked my order I was horrified to see a note saying ‘ order being prepared’ when I had assumed the parcel had been sent ages before! I left a very upset email. The next day I rang Jojo customer services to hear a message saying they were taking no telephone calls due to being so busy. I then rang their Bristol shop and spoke to a person - who was very sympathetic but couldn’t access my order of course. She said she would contact their customer services as she would be able to get a response and suggested I try online chat. I did this and was left holding for 20 minutes with no response. At this point I felt totally helpless - I wanted to cancel this order and start again with another company but couldn’t until I had confirmation that I would receive a credit. In the afternoon I still hadn’t heard from Jojo but the person I spoke to had sent me an email saying she had sent an email and had a response from Customer Services, and had stressed that I needed a response ASAP. I thanked her for her help and she sent me a lovely email in reply. Last night I heard from DPD that they would be delivering the parcel today, which they have duly done.
I cannot thank her enough, without her I don’t know how I would have been able to proceed. She is a real ambassador for Jojo Mamon, proactive, polite and very sympathetic. I cannot praise her too highly and I hope your company values this exemplary member of staff.
Unfortunately though I would never purchase from you again or recommend you to anyone because my experience was so bad and actually very stressful, not the lovely surprise it was meant to be.

Poorly Damaged Gift
Extremely disappointed with this company, I have complained about it however there response was more on the sarcastic side saying that it was slightly damaged! After I then sent photos to prove that the item was more than slightly damaged they closed the case. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Poor quality service

Faulty Item. Poor Customer Service
I received the item later than expected.
It is faulty - stitching across the front that shouldn't be there.
I sent photographs, and they confirmed that it is faulty.
But they are insisting that it is sent back before an exchange is sent.
Meaning that they are expecting me to make a special trip to the post office during lockdown... just because they sent me a faulty product... and further delaying the item being received, which was meant to be a birthday present.
Not impressed. Poor customer service.

I Wish I Could Give 0 Star
I have received a parcel with missing item (Ergobaby carrier) which cost me over 150£. Been in contact with lady named Mariyam she promised to do an investigation but one week later haven't heard any update. We are going to the holidays next week so Ergobaby carrier is must have on our trip. Very disappointed. I will definitely contact with trading standards

The person I dealt with and her Tunbridge Wells team including Customer Service Team and Brighton Team went above and beyond the normal call of duty to help replace a hat that was lost and not in stock for my son with special needs. I cannot thank them enough for being so understanding and caring, demonstrating excellent communication to get one to us in Brighton. One happy boy, thanks again. Lovely shop, beautiful items and excellent quality.

Terrible Customer Service. 28 Days To Dispatch My Order!
I’m appalled and shocked at the very poor customer service I've received for an online order. I placed the order on the 25th October and after several chasing emails I was told they dispatched it on the 22nd November, 28 days after I ordered it. They didn't send me any information or apology for the delay and it was only after I contacted them 3 times that they finally told me this information which makes me think their customer services team either didn’t bother to check or didn’t care to tell me when I initially contacted them. I’m shocked that a modern internet company thinks they can operate like this. I won't be ordering from them again.
Disappointing Online Order Service
Ordered 3 items on 27 November for Christmas presents. The website showed 2 of the items would not be available till 8 December. After giving it some thought I decided this was acceptable.
On 1 December I received an email telling one item was dispatched (which I have now received), one item was to be delivered in approximately 2 weeks and one in approximately 4 weeks, so I am unlikely to receive that before Christmas..
As one is a garment and one is a toy, it seems to me there is more to it than just one supplier letting them down, while I feel I was persuaded to order by over-optimistic dates.
UPDATE: On 12 December an email said the 2nd item has been dispatched (this is the item I was previously told was going to be 4 weeks from 1 December) and the 3rd item is "Delivery approx. 1 week" (this one was going to be 2 weeks from 1 December). Delivery to them or delivery to me, I wonder? The 3rd item is the toy I mentioned in my review and now it is touch and go whether it will be received before Christmas. I should feel grateful that I'm kept informed, but it will be the last time I buy from them, while the unasked-for catalogues they keep posting will be going straight in the recycling bin.
