Deep Groovy Soles

My Ugg boots had a deep groove in the sole, presumably for foot arch support, but this, combined with a gravel driveway and polished wooden floors, resulting in regular damage to my flooring (stones caught in the groove), so I had a choice of binning my boots, changing flooring or a new driveway. Boots were binned. I told Ugg UK, who couldn’t care less.

Do Not Buy Directly From Ugg!!! Customer Service Is Awful!!!

I received my boots on 11/28. They did not fit well and were designed badly. I sent them back on 11/30. Tracking shows they received them on 12/15. It is now 1/11 and I have still not be refunded by $200. No one answers when you call. emails are ignored. chat's don't get answered. I wrote a review of the boot I purchased to warn people about the zipper placement and they never included it. Save your money or buy from another retailer who knows how to deliver customer service. Ugg clearly does not

Do Not Buy From This Awful Company!!!

I ordered my mother’s birthday present in plenty of

Time to be delivered. I get an email from them onto 2 days before saying they won’t be delivered for another week!! I have saved for months for this item. I emailed them, they ignored. I called them, stayed on hold for over an hour and then because their offices shut, they hung my call up!

Do NOT BUY ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!!! Go to your nearest

Terrible Product And Service

Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a pair of black uggs which cost me alot of money, when I realised only after a few months I noticed the shoes were turning green and started to fray. I reported my problem to Ugg and they did not accept the photos I had taken and made me post my shoes to them. The lady said if they are found to be faulty I would receive another pair of thr boots. Reluctantly I sent them off but to my surprise I did not hear one word from them. Upon lodging a complaint I received an email to say that they had confirmed my boots were faulty. However they then stated that they could not send me another pair of shoes and would offer me a refund of the sale price. I continued to dispute the case and asked for my boots to be returned however after a week they confirmed they had threw my shoes away. They suggested I buy some more uggs online however the same style of boots were an extra £50 to what I had paid. Absolutely disgusting they have tried to set up and their customer service was beyond a joke. There was no way I could buy an adequate replacement. I was ignored several times, spoken to rudely and called the wrong name where they had copied a response they had sent to another customer. I would suggest anyone thinking of spending money on uggs doesnt as you only lose them and your money 6 months later. Absolutely shocking for what i thought would be a reputable company.

Never

Never buy these boots, after seeing what you do to make them.. horrid.. plus the ones I bought last year fell apart. My clarks, Borns, and other brands have held up for years compared to these... sad...very disappointed..

Expected Quality Got A Nasty Shock

I bought a pair of genuine Plumdale chestnut Boots for Xmas 2014 size 7.5 uk size, price £200 from an authorised Ugg dealer. I have an Authenticity cert and the boots have a hologram. They were so warm and at first was delighted with my choice but this was short~ lived, The brown stitching came undone on the nylon zip and the zip came off.

I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and I bought them with a specific purpose to keep my feet warm and well supported. I cannot use my boots now. The year's warranty has expired but paying so much for them ,I thought they would be high quality, I expected to have more wear out of them! I looked after them so well and they are in excellent condition. I am very disappointed as i paid so much money for them.

Very unhappy with Uggs

What you do to the sheep to make these is sickening, stab them in the throat, break their legs, horrible.. at least be more human and injected them rather to a knife to the throat.. No one should be your over priced boots.. but people will, I wish I could post the video for many to see how you get your boots made..

Faulty Warranty

I bought a pair of UGGS with the bows on the back, I had only worn the UGGS about 6 times within a year and the bow ripped. Since I was still under warranty, I sent them to the UGG factory. They sent me my boots back saying that they could not fix it, even though the Warranty clearly states that UGGS are covered for a year. FALSE advertisement, be careful, especially when spending this much money on a pair of boots. I believe that ever since UGGS became more popular, the quality has decreased.

Not Made For Snow Walking

I am very disappointed. I thought they would be a nice warm snow boot to walk in. They are warm but the bottoms are so slick they are dangerous to walk in any kind of snow or ice conditions . I have fallen twice wearing these boots.

They might be fine walking on dry sidewalks and roads or trails but not if they have snow, slush, or ice. They should be recommended as fashion boots but not for use in ice or snow.

Worn Indoors Only Yet Sole Peeling Off On Both Boots

Bought in a Perth WA shop five years ago and have kept toes warm in UK winters. Mostly worn when resting, as feet tend to get cold then. Don't need to wear them for housework as feet can get too hot.

The glue isn't holding the soles and they are coming away. Very disappointed given the premium price and restricted use of product.

And not, they haven't been toasted in front of a fire or left on a radiator. We have no fire and I have had no need to dry them or boost their warmth.

It seems some other quality sheepskin boots uses side-stitching around souls. This pair doesn't and I won't buy another pair without this feature.
