AWEFUL!!! Barely got my dress in time only to find they sent me the wrong size AND the wrong dress AND it didn't fit AT ALL! They never gave me a refund after I sent them pics even proving the dress did not fit. Had to go buy a new dress a week before my prom..AWFUL COMPANY! HATE THEM!!! Wish I could give them negative stars. There was absolutely NOTHING I liked about this company AT ALL!!

I am writing this review to warn as many people as possible that, Dreamprom.com a company who sell wedding dresses online, are the most rip off company I have ever had the bad luck to buy from. I ordered a wedding dress from them and when it arrived it was not what I ordered , not the colour or style. I thought I was purchasing a white dress and it was lilac and the style was awfull, nothing like the picture online. I contacted them and they offered a discount for me to buy another dress

The service is not bad, while the whole time for tracking and waiting is exhausting.

I got my dress a few day;s ago it is amazing thank u dream prom .com . It is a little longer than i really wanted at first but that is fine cause i think it is still beautiful with a longer length .The waiting was a little nerve racking but u know that saying good thing;s come to though;s that wait well something great came to me i will recommend this site to everyone The one other thing is the bow was coming off a little but that was fixable My wedding is in 2 week;s and i am excited to wear it Thank you again and take care ...

Do not order from this company. I have read hundreds of reviews from unhappy people who have been duped into spending money in return for badly made garments and appear to have no redress. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

"DO NOT PURCHASE A DRESS ON LINE FROM DREAM PROM.

I ordered a mother of the bride dress, it was to be exactly as the picture showed, a navy jersey dress simple and stunning as the photo.

THE MOST AWFUL GAWDY SHINY TAFFETA DRESS IN BRIGHT BLUE ARRIVED.

The colour was wrong

The fabric was wrong

It did not fit, it wouldnot even go up my arms as too tight and then the body was awful and loose

The fabric was stained

The seams we puckered.

I contacted them and they wanted my to pay to send it back and then pay another 50% and they would make me a new dress.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY EMAILS NOW.

I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN TO MY CONSUMER DEPARTMENT AND ALSO IN HONG KONG

Ordered a size 4 for my daughter. It was entirely too big. Looks like a size 8. They do everything to get out of taking responsibility for altering and you will never get anywhere because they already have your money. Also, the dress beading on front was nothing like the picture shown on the site.I am taking the dress apart and altering it myself. I would NOT recommend this site except for MAYBE if the dress is a lace up back. I'm very disappointed.
