I got coupon of Coolwinks, so tried for the first time. Great frames with varieties, they make special glasses and also gives offer.

Ordering from Coolwinks is good. They have different frames and sunglasses, looks nice. The quality is also good.

I had a fantastic time using Coolwinks coupons from the Google Pay. I was able to save Rs. 350 on my eyeglasses thanks to it. In addition, the product quality was outstanding.

I ordered quality sunglasses from coolwinks. The glasses are awesome and look very trendy. These sunglasses are lightweight and look very attractive whenever I wear them.

 i have purchased computer reading glasses but i have received power glasses, so i returned the product.. I returned the product on 26th april and coolwink received the product on 1st may ... And now a lot of time passed but the didn't process my refund till now... Regarding refund i have written them many emails but every time they are giving excuses" please be patience " same reply from their customer care...

so guys i am requesting you please do not purchase any product from this site

First to start with.. After reading all these good reviews I started believeing that this must be a good option to buy your glasses from instead of going to any market or any other place..

My expectations became too high..

But when I ordered the glasses from coolwinks I was not satisfied with the product but that is normal as quality of some products can be of not that required quality.

But the real deal started when I asked to return the product.

I initiated the return button and mailed them regarding the same.

But the product didnt get picked up from my place for upto 5 days and didnt even get a call from these guys.

So i called them and asked to pick up the product which got picked up after 3 days.

And now its more than 1.5 months I havent received any refund credited to my account despite of everyday calls and reminders and everything.

I have been calling them everyday and they just tell me that by today or by tomorrow yu vl get the refund but till date no refund I have got.

And one of their executives advised me that for such a nominal amount why yu are calling us again and again.

So this is their customer service atleast for return policy.

So if you all think that you can take the product at once and no need is there to return it then you can go for coolwinks but if return policy is impoertant for you so pls its a big no no for this
