Oakley Sunglasses

I've been trying to get replacement nose pieces for my Mercenary glasses. I'm told no parts available. There is no live person to speak with, end up in a phone tree. i will NEVER buy another pair, and i have bought 15=20. The customer service is reprehensible. Ray-Ban is part of the same company! You will get NO satisfaction. I have to imagine at one point, this was a great company.

Don't be the idiot that I am. I bought 4 pair -2 flak jacket and 2 wire frame sunglasses and the film has separated on every single pair. Oakley refuses to assist in any way and tells me that it is because of my "sweating on them"!! Someone please look at almost any Oakley ad and tell me how many show their model sweating in them. each pair was over $200 each. I've been wearing some off brand now for over 2 years and absolutely no issues at all. Buy anything but Oakley unless you want to spend serious money and plan to buy a replacement pair once a year!! Disposal Oakleys!

My biggest complaint is that you pay $200 for a pair of sunglasses and they only have a 2 year warranty I had a pair of straight jacket oakleys and just out of the blue the inside on one lense had a film on one side I tried cleaning it and it made it worse but I have had them just a little over two years so they won't warranty them and the lenses are $100 I am sticking with costa from now on lifetime warranty and better glasses anyway

I bought a pair of rose gold oakley aviators in 2013...really never wore them as much as my other designer glasses such as my Chanels , gucci"s or Rayban"s. Notice that the film down by the lower part of the lenses are starting to crack. Called oakley and told them about the issue, but they said I was 8 months past my warranty and they would not be covered for repair or exchange, but would replace them for me at full price, really. I would never recommend oakley sunglasses to anyone...Please buy higher end, better quality sunglass that are covered under the Luxottica Group, because they really will take care of your issues when it comes to standing behind their products. By the way, you pay for what you get, bad quality Coakley's.

Recently purchased a set of oakley batwolf sunglasses for $160 I wore the glasses twice and noticed a couple scratches on the lens and their supposed to be scratch resistant so I call customer service and told him I wasn't happy with the product I had the gasses less than a month he proceeds to tell me they are scratch resistant but if you rub them on the concrete there going to scratch the warranty only covers factory defects so if you want a lens there $80 their customer service was very disrespectful I will never do business with oakley again lesson learned

I purchase Oakley sun glasses, I paid over $150.00, lens falls off constantly, I spoke to Oakley customer service in California, I did everything they ask me to do…took pictures, sent emails, finally I sent them the sun glasses .. After three weeks of no information whatsoever I call and they told me that the frame was damage, under warranty, but they will not fix, replace or stand by the product and if wanted them fix it for $75, eve thought the glasses have a one year warranty... TERRIBLE customer service, rude and no customer service at all...don't buy... it has taken me over a month to get an answer; they are not worth the hassle.

Total RIP OFF COMPANY. Sun Glass broke within a year of hardley using them. Wanted $50.00 to repair. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Just need a templer right side pin fell out during fishing. Ya right $50.00 plus my shipping back on top of that TOTAL UNREAL BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRENTY. STAY AWAY not Worth $150.00 for the glasses at all. KARMA BABY KARMA

I have a pair of Frogskins that I absolutely love! Not only are they fantastic quality and very durable, but the classic design allows for them to go with any outfit. Although they are somewhat pricey, it's worth every penny. Also, they are still less expensive than some brands. When I buy cheap sunglasses, I end up breaking them too easily and have to constantly buy new ones. Investing in ONE pair that is durable and high quality makes up for the 5 cheap pairs that I have to buy. Before purchasing, make sure to get a color that you can wear with multiple outfits! That way they are very versatile. Anyways, I would highly recommend these sunglasses to anyone looking to purchase a great pair.

You would think that a company that advertises by showing people using their glasses at the beach and pool would expect that you could get them wet without ruining them. To my dismay, I found that my $100 Oakley lenses were water spotted and I cant get them clean with the worthless cleaning solution they say you have to use. I sent them in for warranty and guess what, they call salt water from the pool and beach a chemical contaminent and expect you to clean them immediately after getting them wet. Dont bother with the snake-oil hydrophobic solution because it is worthless to. They wont warranty the lense but will sale me a new pair. YEAH RIGHT!!! Wish I had known that my Oakleys were worthless around the pool and boat before I had bought them

2 year old prescription Oakley's that cost $600+. Titanium hinge broke. Oakley said too bad, so sad, we have no parts. No alternative solutions offered. Not even any expression that they might be even a little bit sorry about the fact that I'm out $600.

Glasses like these have an extremely high profit margin for the manufacturer. You'd think they might offer a discount on a new pair...Not the Great Oakley Company. This is a company whose product should be avoided.
