Signed up for a 7 day free trial and then £45 a month thereafter, heard nothing at all from Eagle Education other than an order confirmation and the order and subscription was removed from My Account with no message from them.

I therefore sent them a message querying this as I was eager to test out their training to which they have replied saying my email address I use to sign up is invalid. It quite evidently isn't invalid given that they've managed to email me back on it...

Really bad first impression, I guess they'd rather I took my money to one of the many other AAT training providers. Shame really as I did my research and they do seem to get the best reviews out there.

I had virtually no communication with eagle for over a year. Just pre-written computerised emails asking me to contact them. Very informal and not what i had expected from them.

Spoke to my tutor once then never again, she made no real effort to assist/encourage me.

Technically i am still on the course but because of the AAT course changing i only have until December 31st 2017 an realistically i am not going to be able to complete the work in time.

It would of been nice to receive some help and support from eagle, even just some encouragement would have helped.

It was a complete waste of time and money have no idea why they have such good reviews (Reason i picked them in the first place), they basically sent me a folder, some stationery and 4 books and then did nothing else. Most expensive books ill ever own, feel robbed.

I have studied Level 2 & Level 3 AAT this year and passed all the exams first time. The training materials are excellent, particularly their e-learning resources which also includes tests which can be either computer marked (giving you an instant result) or you can submit them to be marked by a tutor and receive feedback. There are also mocks which can be submitted for marking and this provides very valuable practice and feedback in advance of sitting the actual exam. I received the results of any work submitted within a week. My personal mentor was excellent and always responded to any queries raised promptly. When you join as a student you prepare a learning agreement plan with your mentor to set out some target dates but these dates are flexible and you are always in control so you can progress at whatever pace suits you (within an 18 month timeframe) without any pressure to meet deadlines. I have built up a relationship with my mentor based on mutual respect and understanding of my training goals and I know I can always contact her if I am having difficulties or even just for a chat if I need reassurance or a confidence boost!. With Eagle you are treated as an individual. I will be commencing Level 4 shortly and would not consider using any other AAT training provider.

Really helpful, when you are looking at courses and will contact you regularly until you enrol with them.

Marking progress reports at around 14 days which I found holds back your progress.

Some of the online learning material is out of date, they are still using presentations using 17.5% VAT, the VAT rate changed to 20% at the beginning of 2011.

If you run out of support time due to personal illness you can buy more support at £100 per 3 months plus an admin fee of £30 you need to do this within 7 days if you don't they will disable Moodle (online learning) and say you can't buy support later if you find out you need some help.

I just finished level 3 AAT with Eagle Education and training and found them absolutely brilliant! The study buddy they provide along with the online further learning (moodle) helped me get through all my exams with no fails. The learning material is thorough and easy to understand. The tutor support is excellent with quick responses from my mentor and results from mock exams and computer based projects. I studied level two with another top distance learning provider and have to say Eagle was hands down much better. I will be doing my level 4 with them.

Great support from my Mentor and the other staff, great method of Home Study with the 'Study Buddy' packs.

I give them 4 stars because they listen, they are responsive and they are on the ball. Why 4 stars and not five? The navigation on the website took time to get used to and was a little confusing to start with, but once mastered it was ok.

Studying can be a worrying and stressful, Eagle helped to address this by being there, and by being sympathetic to my needs during the course.

My decision to stay with them and undertake the next level is primarily because they care. Basically they are just nice people to work with leaving me to focus on passing the exams!

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them as a wise investment partner in your career progression, and it is money well spent. The rest is up to you!

I studied this course distance learning whilst working 40 hours a week within industry and the learning provider provided me with excellent learning materials and support that helped me complete a 18 month course in 6 months.

I was able to complete the course in a short period however I didn't feel like I was rushing the course I felt the momentum of the learning materials and the consistent hours studying day in day out allowed me to progress very quickly and learn valuable skills that have helped me improve the company I work for profits and cash flow.

I am very confident in sitting my next CIMA exams knowing I had such a wealth of knowledge gained from the AAT level 4 course provided by Eagle Education.

- Study buddy and e-learning are very useful and easy to understand. It's easy to pass the exams just with this two tools. I really enjoyed studying with this tools.

- Osbourne books are good if you need any extra information or if you have any doubt with the study buddy or e-learning tools, but in the most of the subjects it's enough studying just the study buddy and e-learning tools.

- My tutor was fantastic, she always supportive replying my questions the day later or even the same day and she marked my assessments very soon, she sent me a plan who helped me to reach my objectives in a realistic deadlines. I'm really happy with the tutor I had.

- The same happened with the administrative team, any queries or problems I had were sorted out soon.

I just finished level 2 and I don't have any doubt I will register with Eagle for Level 3.

Having returned to study 18 months ago to complete me AAT Qualification, I wanted a new company to use for distance learning instead of studying with my local college. I stumbled upon Eagle Education and was glad I did. From start to finish the staff were professional, punctual, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Study Buddies are designed in such a way you learn the important parts of the textbooks and practice questions along the way to ensure you are learning in a thorough and methodical way.

Having failed an exam 3 times, Eagle finally got me through and I am now proudly AAT qualified. Now feel sad I don't need to use them anymore as they are that good!!
