Enrolled with NCC, provided with another colleges courses who i specifically did not want to learn with due to a past bad experience.

Got refunded and went to Oxbridge, who were excellent from the very first enquiry. Now on the courses and studying well, tutor support excellent.

I would say, no issues getting a refund, think they know about the issues with theirs.

I started my course last year, the system is really unreliable as I have to find working practice myself, there is no any support in finding the working practice as well as loads of issues with finishing the practice.

I suppose to do 50hrs of working practice, however I did 300+ hours and still struggling to finish my course.

Even after filling in all the required documents they keep sending them back to me with ressubmission, however the documents send back to me got nothing to do with myself (witness testimony forms) as they need to be filled in by working practice staff.

By that point I just wish I never start my course with that company as it cost quite a lot of money and been really time consuming, however there is no actual result.

If you thinking to start your course with that company think twice before applying as it's been horrible experience.

Both the Teaching Assistant and Higher Level Teaching Assistant Diplomas have been amazing qualifications! NCC really has spent a lot of time, resources and energy in developing some great, preparatory qualifications that have allowed me to enter into education (through the TA Diploma) and further my career (through the HLTA Diploma).

The courses for me were simple to follow and yet detailed enough to give me the required tools and knowledge to prepare myself for entering into education as a Teaching Assistant. From this course, I became a TA at a local school and am furthering myself towards becoming a HLTA (although this Diploma in itself doesn't make someone a HLTA, but prepares them for reaching this).

The TA Diploma not only allowed me to confidently switch careers from catering to education, but also equipped me with enough skills to gain qualifications and attend courses in areas such as Special Educational Needs, First Aid, Speech & Language Therapy and Literacy interventions. this was made possible since the TA Diploma covers enough ground and gives you a good, general understanding of a vast array of areas in education.

Along with these NCC courses, I have had amazing tutor support and have been totally satisfied with their help and advice. Extra tutor support, should you need more time after the initial year-long support included, doesn't cost too much either (6 months extra for me cost £36).

Best of all, each course for me only cost around £350, which is far cheaper than studying for a year at a college. These courses have also given me the flexibility to study whenever and wherever I want, even around my career and home life!

I've recently completed the diploma in creative Writing. The course was interesting and stimulating. The tutor gave me very useful feedback for each assignment at the end of each module, which was most helpful. her feedback was invaluable in keeping me motivated and getting me through the course. Hopefully with the skills I've acquired I may now go on to achieve my life-long ambition of writing a novel.

I have just completed the HLTA Level 4 Diploma course. The coursework material was very helpful, informative and easy to work from. I received my course in paper format initially, but decided to submit my work online which was easy to switch to. After submitting each module I received prompt confirmation then received helpful feedback within 5 days. The feedback included areas of noteworthy recognition as well as points to consider. Correspondence was positive, supportive and timely via email.

After enrolling I received an introduction to my course tutor whom I dealt with for the full duration of my course. I found this to be reassuring as the feedback was made with reference to my work as a whole, and positive comments were made in regards to my progression throughout the course.

I feel that this course was excellent value for money, and although it was an independent learning experience, I felt that the information given and the support backup gave me the confidence to complete it well.

Would definitely consider NCC for any future learning and have already recommended to others.

I found that the structure of the course was well paced and informative. I enjoyed the essay titles and thought they were worded in a way that made you want to research further into each subject. The course materials were helpful and were also very helpful to the essay at the end of each module, but again made sure that in order to write a higher level essay you needed to conduct your own research. The tutor feedback was very good, I liked that there were positive points and comments made about each essay but also areas that you needed to think about or consider for next time. I didn't need a lot of support during the course apart from essay feedback but when I did I was contacted within good time, although sometimes it would have been nice to have the advice directly from the tutor instead of from someone else. The recommended reading list was helpful especially the websites that were recommended.

I enjoyed the course very much and would definitely consider completing another course through NCC. I completed a Criminology Level 3 Diploma and have already seen that there are some other related courses that have been suggested for me.

I really enjoyed completing this course, I had been thinking of what to do after having my two children and a friend suggested I tried counselling. The whole process of enrolling and completing the course was really straight forward and the feedback and support was brilliant. My tutor was very prompt with returning my assignments and giving her feedback, which was great and I found myself completing the course much quicker than I had expected. I would really recommend NCC Home Learning. I found the content really interesting and I am seriously thinking about attempting level 4 now! Great value for money too :)

This home learning group are the best out there, I had tutor on email, phone or by post when ever I needed it, also qick response to course work and plenty of help. I have recommended to a friend and will be recommending again.

Prices are good for registered qualificatinons. Highly recommended 5 star
