I attended training at Netcom in 2014 for a specialist qualification, the standard and teaching was superb and the trainer took his time to ensue that all delegates were achieving and no one was left behind. Since gaining my qualification it has not only helped with my expertise it has also helped me ensure the positions that I had aspired to are now achievable.

I enrolled with Netcom for their Extended BTEC Level 3 with MCSA course. They sold me this course on the promise of providing MCSA training once the BTEC was finished. I stupidly signed up, although I wondered how they were able to cover so much material in such a short time. My question was soon answered: they can't.

We didn't complete the required material in the allotted timescale, and after several months of no contact, finally arranged a few sessions for us to come in to finish our assignments - which I did, but then heard nothing. I was no longer able to contact them to proceed to the next stage, and it was only by raising a formal complaint that I managed to even arrange the MCSA training at all. This took place over a period of 8 weeks of evenings, did not cover anywhere near enough material to attempt the exam, and promised that we'd be able to have extra sessions or exam practice. They would not respond to any of my attempts to contact them to arrange this. Furthermore, in the few classes I did attend, I was told that our work had still not been marked!

It has been over a year since I first began this course, and they have not delivered anything that they promised. I am no nearer beginning a career in IT than I would have been if I'd never approached them in the first place. I do, however, have a whole new student debt.

They do not know what they are doing and they do not keep people in the loop, and are quite happy to completely ignore us once the alloted period has ended. If you want an MCSA, you're better off doing it yourself.

Excellent experience which lead to a successful IT Career. Netcom not only prepared me for Comptia and MCSA exams, but arranged me with job interviews, helped me prepare for the interviews, made an outstanding CV and provide a friendly relationship. Even after a coupple of years they still help me with job references and support with job applications. Recommend to everyone looking for an IT Career. If you dedicated enough these guys will make it happen.

I attended Necom for a three month IT training course back in 2014 to help me get back into the It industry. I can honestly say that was one of the best decisions I have made. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful is assisting me on my career path. I have now settled down into an IT career now and very happy with the results of what their quality training has produced.

I would recommend Netcom to anyone. I did the 7 week course with them. I had no background in IT but I really wanted to get into IT. My background was in science. The course started with basic IT stuff which was helpful for me. I passed my exam after 3 months and got certified. Now I started as a first line support with a company in Coventry. I'm very happy about it that I can finally say I got what I wanted.

Good hands on experience. They edit your CVs too and they arrange for you to have a CV consultations. They do mock interviews as well so to prepare you for any interview. The training was good, I had to do it twice in one year as I had some personal problems and couldn't attend all the sessions. Friendly staff and good location.

My experience with Netcom was very good. I was interested in getting Microsoft Certified and the prices were really good. The training was full time but I did the evening classes as I was working during the day. It took around 7 weeks and we had workshops as well which gave us hands on experience. I managed to pass my exam with the first attempt which was great.

I have done my MCITP course with them. The training was all hands on. There were regular workshops that we could go to and build computers. I had some issues to start with as my background wasn't in IT but with regular classes and one to one tutorials I managed to pass my exams. We also had CV editing appointments whereas a member of the recruitment team has a meeting with us individually and go through our CVs and tailor it for the jobs that we want to apply for. I am very happy with the services that they provided me with.

Great quality training. I finished it not long ago. The course fees were the cheapest in terms of instructor led training. From the first week that I started training, they sort out my CV and sent me for interviews. At the end I landed a job in 1st line IT support. If you want a good quality training that is great value for money then I would say go for this company. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The classes are flexible and very good.
