I had sent an email to enquire what qualification for a teaching assistant would be accepted in Northern Ireland and was told the level 3 award in supporting teaching and learning. I then enrolled in the course and completed all 4 units in August. However once completed and I started to apply for jobs within schools I was told Northern Ireland do not recognise the level 3 award in supporting teaching and learning. Wasteof my time and money. Would not recommend this company to anyone in future.

I signed up for a course but fell into financial struggle and found it difficult to pay monthly, i asked the company to cancel my course and just stop taking monthly payments, i did not ask for any refunds. They refused and even did not offer any financial help. AVOID

Absolutely disgusted with the service from this place, enrolled in a course in May 2019, due to financial difficulties, I had to end it prematurely - had money still taken out of my account September 2020 when I eventually cancelled through my bank - March 2021 and April 2021 and the money has just started coming back out of my account!! Absolutely shocking service and no empathy. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT UNAUTHORISED MONEY TAKEN OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!

By far, the worst course provider EVER!!! I have begged and requested help in order to complete assignments but they are unable to breakdown concepts in order for the individual to learn. Basically, there are not trained teachers. They can't teach. I am in the process of trying to get my money back. I do not recommend this course. It's a complete waste of money.

Avoid if you are wanting to do GCSEs for entry to university. You cannot select the "college" (and I use that term loosely) on your UCAS form. When I enquired about this they stated they do not provide the course only revision. Complete waste of money as they wont refund it even in exceptional circumstance like this. Disgusting attitude

Tutor got back to me in no time at all with helpful hints. I did need to complete some assignments a few times to pass but I don't mind working hard for the course. Overall I couldn't fault them.

Took the tutor 5 days to get back to me, they can't say that tutors will be there for you, when they obviously aren't! What a joke

I started the course in may of this year and although work was heavy, I want to it. It was very detailed and quite indepth with a lot of outside source material to read up on, but it was worth it, every penny! Many thanks

I have just completed a CACHE Level 3 childcare course and it was the best thing ive ever done, by doing this course it has helped me get a job in my local nursery!

I absolutely loved studying with the online learning college as i could study everything from home and do my work in my own time, also there was no deadlines which made this a lot easier.

My tutor supported me throughout my course and she was so helpful and always got back to me quick!
