PronoKal Diet

I HAD A SERIUS PROBLEM LOOSING WEIGHT AFTER PREGNANCY WITH LEFT ME WITH 25 EXTRA KILLOS.I VE STARTED PRONOKAL METHOD AT 8 OCTOMBER 2016 AND BY CHRISTMAS TIME I HAD LOST 23 KILLOS.SINCE THEN I M IN MAINTENANCE.IT IS A HARD PROGRAM BUT I LOST THE WEIGHT I NEEDED TO AND FURTHERMORE IT INTRODUCED ME BACK TO A HEALTHY EATING WAY.I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

I quitted cigarett cold turkey and gained 16 kilos (I am from Uruguay). Of course, did all my lab tests and medical check ups that doctors ordered before starting. I felt great. Of course the powder food you've got to eat is not exactly happiness to my taste but i lost 12 kilos in 3 months, then there came the holidays so i stopped but didn't gain more weight. During the time I was on Pronokal, I slept great, had no sympthoms of nothing to care and was not drinking any colas and coffee, that was a great change in my life. Probably and unless I am again so out of my normal weight I will not go on Pronokal again as it is hard to eat so healthy at all times :-) but it worked for me and did it under medical control so had no issues and stayed on my normal weight as of december until present.

I am from latinoamerica. I follow the instructions given by the doctors and I just get the worst experience of my life, dry mouth amog other, and a tremendous allergic reaction. I do not understand why this medicine has been a success in Europe when the medicine given doesn't have a name, it just a colored pills that they provide. I suggest to everyone make a little research before expend all the money for this "great" method.

I saw this diet being promoted when I was on holiday in Spain, are they are UK company? Other then soups, milkshakes and mousses what actually do they offer as the lack of variation in these kinds of diets is what I find the hardest.

I have recommended this already to my mom and my aunt. The Doctor i am seeing in London has just had her PronoKal training is charging lower prices until she gets her experience. Im spending way less money because no take aways, less trips out to get a muffin, or crisps etc. I really get on well with the PronoKal dietitians, I have met them all now,all young girls and very nice. i give them a ring if im in the supermarket etc, theyv no problems with that. I have the pronokal physical exercise coach and pronokal psychological coach too, which i have used and found pretty good. i havent used the chef yet but considering its no extra charge i think im going to use all the professionals as much as possible. I lost 4kg the first week and 2-3kgs per week since. I have 30kg to lose, but can completely see the end in sight. they assure me this is for life, and follow me up two years after i reach my goal. Ya the diet is restrictive enough, but thats a diet isnt it!? and at the mo the pros are outweighing the cons. i would totally give pronokal harley st an excellent review

I haven't been on it for long but I think their foods are great, its a nice change not to be stuck with just soup, milkshake and mousse! The team there are lovely and really supportive. I have a lot more confidence in this diet that others I have tried in the past as all the staff seem really professional and know what they are talking about.
