Only One Of My Eyes Requires Correction, So The Us
Only one of my eyes requires correction, so the use of lenses is optional for me to improve depth perception, etc.
I wore Acuvue 2 lenses throughout high school, which required me to wear the contact during the day and take it out each night. It worked fine for my needs, even when I forgot to remove them and wore them for up to 36 hours.
Now my job affords me good vision care coverage. I tried the Ciba Optix O2 lenses due to their ability to be worn for 6 nights straight with one night "off" between wearings.
They just did not agree with my eye. I'd get irritation and cloudy vision after just a day of wearing.
I stopped in to America's Best on my lunch one day after a few trial weeks, and they were nice enough to fit me in to see the doctor. He fully explained the situation and gave me an Acuvue Oasys trial lens, which worked great!
I don't mean to run down Ciba's lenses, but I thought I'd share my experience. Maybe my eyes are just sensitive, and Ciba lenses may work good for others.

I Switched To These Contact Lenses From Acuvue Adv
I switched to these contact lenses from acuvue advance a week ago and these are terrible. They are blurry and feels like my eye wants to blink them out, they aren't comfortable at all and feel dry. These contact lenses are worse than the acuvue and would recommend that if you are used to the acuvue lenses not to switch to these.

Comfortable And Great For Extended Wear. The Best
Comfortable and great for extended wear. The best contacts i've owned. The Ciba Vision Optix 02 are very comfortable lenses. I have never had any problems while I have been wearing them. I have found putting them in and taking out alot easier than with other lenses.

I Really Like These Lenses, But I've Only Had The
I really like these lenses, but I've only had them for two weeks. They are almost as good as my Ciba Vision CSI lenses. My doctor was afraid that one day I won't be able to get those daily lenses so he suggested I try Optix. I do find that they dry out faster, but otherwise they are comparable to CSI's.

I Have Been Wearing The Ciba Vision Optics 02 For
I have been wearing the ciba vision optics 02 for 2 years and have had minimal problems with them. They do tend to dry out after 12 or more hours in but I can get a months use out of them if I store them in the solution over night.

I Would Overall Reccommend These Contacts To A Fir
I would overall reccommend these contacts to a first timer. They will serve their purpose well for over a week.

I Was Never Able To Keep Contacts In My Eyes For M
I was never able to keep contacts in my eyes for more than an hour. I switched to newer contacts 3 years ago, and there was definitely an improvement, but I could still feel them in my eyes. The Ciba Vision Optix 02 lenses feel as though I have nothing in my eyes. I love them!

These Contacts Were Ok...i Tried Them After I Had
These contacts were OK...I tried them after I had been using the Acuvue Oasys, because of price, and they were supposed to be as "breathable" as the AOs.
However, after I received them I noticed that my vision wasn't nearly as crisp as with the AO. On the fourth day of wear, I got a splitting headache on my left side, near my left eye. I took out the contacts, and put on my glasses, and the headache went away. I check with my eye care specialist to make certain I had the correct script, and it was. I tried them for a few more days, but I grew tired of not seeing as clearly.
I switched back due to non clear vision, the headache, and they just didn't seem to "wear" correctly.

My Optometrist Switched Me To The Ciba Vision O2 O
My optometrist switched me to the Ciba Vision O2 Optix from Focus Night & Day because they offer high breathability at a lower price. It took me about 2 weeks to get used to these lenses which seems a bit longer than normal.
I can wear these contacts about 10 hours/day without my eyes boycotting. I find myself required eyedrops quite often and put a drop in each lens to start the day. This routine seems to work best for these lens.
The lenses are lasting me about 14 days strong, sometimes a couple extra. But, after the extra days' grace period, my eyes flat-out reject the lenses. The lenses seem durable and do not tear easily.

I Wear Lenses For 6 Days A Week For About 12 Hours
I wear lenses for 6 days a week for about 12 hours each day. My optician felt that I needed a lens with more oxygen, as my eyes were showing signs of over-wear, and recommended the Ciba Vision Optix O2 contact lenses. I have to admit they were not as comfortable for the first couple of days, but have settled down, and my eyes definitely feel more comfortable and there is no redness!
