Terrible Customer Service
Whilst the lenses are of good quality, their Customer Services advisors are one big nightmare! I regularly (have to), call almost every day as I am working for an optician and their advisors are one snoozefest, so moody, unhelpful, quite rude actually and almost every time get some parts of our orders wrong! I almost feel obliged to apologise for calling them to place an order every day as especially Kathrina (or something like tha0) Their ordering system is very basic and unfortunately the poor customer service is not really making it worth buying lenses here.

Fantastic Lenses Great Price
I have been using these lenses for around 6 months and have found them very comfortable and caused no dryness of which I've found from previous lenses. I had one bad experience where they really stung my eyes and reported this to daysoft this was dealt with efficiently and professionally with new lenses sent out immediately with no problems since. Ihad a contact lenses checkup today and did not tell them I had changed my brand lenses. My eyes were perfectly healthy with 20/20 vision and no dryness as previously had. (I've never been
Told this before especially as my eyes are -6 and -12) highly recommend but of course get your eyes checked as you normally would. Only concern my optician had was the oxygen level in them were not as high as my previous acuVue tru eye.

Daysoft Contacts
I've been wearing Daysoft Silk lenses for over 3 year and cannot fault them. They are easy to order, fast delivery and well packaged. The lenses themselves have been far more comfortable than Specsavers lenses - so much cheaper too. I have just had my eyes tested and was told to change to silicone hydrogel lenses as I wore mine too often and my prescription had changed so they needed to be stronger. I tried them and they were very uncomfortable plus my eyes became sore and almost like conjunctivitis symptoms. I returned to Specsavers who tried to tell me that my eyes were 'getting used to them' and would cost £25 per month via lensmail. Sorry Specsavers my eyes are precious so I am not being fobbed off! I know the history of my eyes - having not been able to wear lenses for over 2 years due to my eyes at the age of 16 years rejecting soft lenses and my corneas growing blood vessels due to the lack of oxygen under the lens. This was because of an over zealous optician wanting a sale and my vanity. I have upped my prescription from my eye test and have worn my lenses from 6..30 until 6pm rather than 6am until 10pm and I have had no problems. For £12.48 for plus 6 lenses a bargain. Don't be fobbed off by the high street opticians!

Terrible, Painful And Incorrect Vision
I would like to express my sheer disappointment with the supposedly -2.25 replacement contact lenses for Aqua Comfort Plus Lenses.
First of all I have been a contact lenses wearer for over 2 years. I know my prescription is -2.25 as I have used a number of different contact lense types which have all been suitable for wearing. However upon receiving Daysoft -2.25 contact lenses I find they are printed with -2.25 visions however they are NOT this vision at all. They are a lot stronger than -2.25. This raises worrying concerns about the lenses they are supplying to your customers.
Also after taking the lense out after having the incorrect prescription in for no more than 2 minutes, I found that my eyes where very dry and uncomfortable. If that is only after 2 minutes I dread to think what the contact lenses would do after a whole day..
Furthermore my eyes throughout the day felt tired, itchy, painful and sore. This is horrendous seeing as I had the lenses in for no more than 2 minutes.
I feel awfully disappointed that they could send such lenses out to their customers who take trust in them to supply excellent standards despite the cost.
Hi,
We will be very happy to look into this for you. If you could please contact CustomerCare@daysoft.com with your order details, we are sure we can help.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Great Service, Value & Product!!
I have been wearing contact lenses for around 25 years. I have used all sorts & makes of lenses. I swapped onto these at the advice of 'Martin's Money Tips' & have never looked back. I was a bit wary because they were so much cheaper than other brands but I have been using them for about 5 years now & have never had a problem. I wear my lenses for at least 15 hours a day & have never had an issue with comfort or anything. I also ring to get new lenses & pay over the phone the service has always been excellent. They always turn up well packaged within a couple of days. I used them with the view that if they didn't suit me I could always go back to my old brand. I say give them a try & if they do suit you it is a win, win!!!

Daysoft Silk Contacts
For the money they are good.
When I first put them in they felt a bit loose, however after blinking a few times they seemed to have adjusted.
I wore them while driving and noticed they seem to dry out faster than my acuvue advance plus, and i had to put in drops this afternoon.
After wearing them all day and applying drops only once i cant even tell they are in and my eyes feel pretty good.
I do feel like they could hold moisture better.
Good value for the money. I would recommend to my friends and family.

I Think They're Great
I've been wearing contacts for 20 years. I've worn all kinds. I recently discovered day soft and decided to try them because the price is unbeatable. I think they're great. My eyes do seem to dry out a little faster than with Oasys or similar brands, but for this price, I'll just invest is some drops! I do not recommend wearing them longer than just 1 day. You can't really get away with that like you can with other brands, but it's not good for your eyes anyway. Also, my husband is very difficult to fit with lenses and he couldn't stand these. I would say his eyes are much more sensitive than the average person though. I think they're great and will continue to use them. I love that when I'm in bed watching a movie, I can leave them in to see and then just take them out and throw them away without having to get up. So, the laziness factor is fantastic!

Daysoft 72 Review
Having wore Johnson Johnson Acuvue Oasys contact lenses for the past 7 years or so I decided to switch to a daily lenses as I was getting tired of lugging about heavy bottles of solutions everywhere. On top of my Acuvue Oasys I usually had a few sets of Focus Dailies for festivals and other single night trips when carrying solutions was just a pain. I got the focus dailies Boots originally before switching to a cheaper store on-line.
I've never had a problem with the Focus Dailies, they are easy to use and very comfortable in the eye for long periods of time. Even up to 12 hours. However to switch over from Two Weekly lenses it was the price that was off putting. I decided to give the Daysoft lenses ago as I had read mixed reviews and for £10 delivered I figured why not.
First impressions,
The packaging is quite fiddly, it is probably a good idea to cut each individual lens blister with a pair of scissors as if you rip them by hand it is quite easy to end up opening the lens beside
There isn't an awful lot of solution in each blister either which isn't ideal as I usually like to get the lens as damp as possible as I find they sit better in my eyes if they do.
So I stuck the lens in my eyes and all seemed fine. The right eye normally takes a wee bit longer to settle that the left but its manageable. After about 4 hours of wear I normally find that these lenses dry out and I have to use them in conjunction with comfort eye drops.
The lenses aren't terrible but I find that they are not suitable for extended wear for over 5-6 hours and start to dry out. I have now found Focus Dailies for an online price of £15 delivered so for the extra £5 I am going to switch back as there is no question in my mind that Focus Dailies are a better product.
If you are just going to use Daysoft for occasional sports for a few hours I recommend them. Anything longer and I wouldn't bother.
Hi,
thanks for reviewing our contact lenses. We always expect better performance than this, so if you email Margaret at customercare@daysoft.com explaining your experience, she'll try to help. Thanks...

Can Permanently Damage Eyes
I am an Optometrist and have seen this lens on my patients eyes. The last patient had such a poor fit with this contact that it caused a corneal abrasion on both of her eyes. She lost vision and was in extreme pain! I would NEVER recommend this lens to any of my patients. Poor quality, poor fit, poor vision. I wouldn't put this contact on my eyes if you paid me!!!
I can totally back this up having suffered corneal abrasions myself from these lenses, and have been wearing glasses ever since! They do not let enough oxygen through either. My eyes are looking better now thank goodness, but I would not recommend these. I wasn't even wearing them for long periods of time either. I love contact lenses and the freedom they give, but will be investing in, and making sure next time when my eyes are recovered, that my new lenses allow lots of oxygen through and won't damage my eyes.
Why was a patient I fitted with silicone dailies so she could wear them f/t told by day soft that your contact lenses were equivalent when she bought them from you? She came in for an aftercare a year after wearing them. She had severe spk, neovascularisation & the lenses were a poor fit. These lenses should NOT be handed out without the fit being checked & regular aftercares to make sure they're not affecting patients eyes in any way. A wear time should at least have been advised. Your putting the health of patients eyes at risk!!!!!
As an Optometrist, with over 30 years experience of contact lens practice, and Director of Professional Services at Daysoft Limited the manufacturer of Daysoft lenses I was very disappointed to see the review above apparently from a fellow Optometrist as they will know that the symptoms and what they describe will come from a number of factors including how lenses are worn, the wearing environment and the eyes of the person using them rather than simply blaming lens fitting.
To anonymously denigrate a product, which it appears they do not sell, rather than contact the manufacturer if they are concerned that they have identified a problem is not the approach I would expect from a Professional person.
Daysoft daily disposable contact lenses are manufactured in Scotland and fitted and supplied by Independent Opticians and Optical Chains throughout the UK and Europe and other countries with worldwide sales of over 370 million lenses.
Wearer feedback on Daysoft lenses can be readily found on the website of Daysoft’s major internet distributor at http://www.daysoftcontactlenses.com/GB/CountryHomepage.aspx
As I cannot directly contact the Optometrist who posted the review below I invite them to contact me at professionalcare@daysoftECP.com and I will be happy to assist them.

Great Value
I used to wear very expensive monthly lenses and since wearing these I have never gone back!
They are comfortable and cheap two things you can't pass up.
Granted on occasion they aren't as comfortable to wear as the more expensive pair but overall they do the job.
