I got bought a pink one of these for my 20th birthday. Now you long term smokers who have more than my 2 years of smoking on your back may not take my review into consideration, but I believe it will be just as easy to give up as it was for me.

I smoked roll up's and I noticed that I had started smoking more and more as months went on. I would smoke more because I was bored, or it was my 'routine'. I would wake up, smoke, walk to the bus and smoke, have a work break and smoke, and it carried on. I was making excuses as to why I liked smoking but when I actually bought this E-cig and started using it I realised how good it felt to not STINK of smoke, I liked how my hands and breath didn't smell, I didn't have a cough, cycling to work was easier and also I wasn't cold sat out side smoking!

Previously I had bought one of the SkySigs, the ones that looked like cigarettes because I felt stupid walking around with anything that didn't look like one, but they weren't very good, and because the looked like a cigarette, I wanted it to be real.

Anyway,

I decided that enough was enough, and I didn't want to carry on smoking into my 20's. I had been to the doctor because I was always getting coughs and they even thought that I had somehow got asthma, so that scared me! So on my 20th birthday I was bought this lovely E-Cig with mango flavour liquid (I prefer lemon though because it tastes like sherbet).

I'm going to be honest and say that I have had 1 cigarette since I quit and that was because I stupidly wanted to see what it was like.. and it wasn't very nice. Afterwards I felt smoky, smelly and dirty, and wished I had just had a puff on my sherbet goodness.

In regards to battery life, I went a week and it didn't die on me. I use it and make sure I turn it off when im not using it. I've noticed that I don't think about smoking as much anymore and when I smoke my E-cig, I only have a couple of puffs and put it away.

I have quite a high mg level liquid at the moment, but when it has ran out I want to get a lower level, and then just have a 0mg one for when I want something to puff on.

If you're reading this because you want to stop smoking and you don't know whether these will ACTUALLY work. They do. I read loads of reviews before and thought "Oh these people must have good will power" etc etc.

I have barely any will power, and I have managed it, so I am sure you can.

You will be glad when you do, and at least you can wean yourself away from nicoteen without actually giving up the "smoking" aspect (minus tar, smelling bad etc.)

In regards to these E-Cigs

I paid £20 for the E-Cig

and the liquids are around £5.00

The charger is a USB charger, but if you have a wall socket adapter where you attach USB (iphone one or similar) then you can plug into wall and same goes for car charger!

Tablites are the best e-cig company I have come across. I have quit smoking for 4 months. The USA Mix e-liquid is my flavour of choice. Friendly, helpful and very informative staff.

I have tried other brands of electronic cigarettes but can honestly say I think Tablites are the best. They have some really good flavours, the tobacco and menthol are very realistic and I'm surprised to say that the blueberry is delicious too. The staff at the stall are always helpful and delivery has been speedy when I've ordered from the website. A few of us at work have all started using them and we all think they are great. I would recommend them to anyone.
