Less Pain, Lots Of Gain

I am 62 and have been suffering from Arthur pretty much for 7 years now. Three years ago it got so bad that I couldn't exercise and the NSAIDs had major side-effcts on me.

I used to be a competitive rower and never thought much of supplements until I started to look into them. Initially I bought just Glucosamine + Chondroitin at Holland & Barrett and it seemed to have a minor effect. I wasnt 100% sure so I started to take multiple supplements as a test.

On top of Gluco-Chondro I found that omega-3, MSM and various vitamins and amino acids may help reduce pain and re-build cartilage. The annoying things was that I ended up taking more than 10 pills a day and was constantly running out of one, having to re-order etc .. I then looked at Vitaboitics, but found that the dosages are really small. Several others like Ultra-RX seemed good, but include some nutrients, but not others.

After six months or so all the supplements were really making a difference. The pain was a bit better and thankfully they were easy to digest so I decided to keep looking for a good combo product.

Two products that seem to tick all the boxes are amitamin arthro360 and aminoexpert ARTHRO pro. They are both hygienic, packing their capsules in individual blisters and are top quality Made in Germany - I love my German cars - and they both pretty much have all the nutrients that work. If you buy three months worth you get a good discount and you dont need count pills every day.

Mum's Loving Life Again!! :-)

Mum's loving life again

When I was young Mum always used to be very active. I have two brothers and she would run around for us kids and yet always find time to play Tennis and Boules in the park. It was also a big part of her social life.

About ten years ago she started to get arthritis.. I think first in her hands, then in her knees and then in her right foot. Eventually it got so bad she couldn't do anything any more. She was constantly in pain.

Her GP put her on painkillers, but couldn't do anything to treat the arthritis! So the it got progressively worse, the painkillers stronger.. and I was horrified as I had watch my own mother age at what felt like quadruple speed.

I had a look around the internet and came across Pycnogenol or pine bark extract, which is basically the most effective natural treatment for arthritis. Then I had a look for vitamin or supplement products for arthritis with pine bark extract and could only find a few products.

Aminoexpert ARTHRO PRO seemed to be the most genuine. It is made in Germany, includes a huge amount of vitamins for joints like omega3, glucosamine and amino acids.

The amazing thing is that Mum's bad joints have really massively improved in the six months that she has been taking Aminoexpert ARTHRO PRO. She still takes a small dose of painkillers, but she can play Boule again, which makes her soooo happy! And me too!

You need to take two different pills each day and I liked that it all comes in one box. Mum knows exactly what to take each day and we always know how long the box will last. Payment is always easy with PayPal and delivery takes 3 or 4 days tracked with DHL so no issues.

I really don't know why the NHS does not prescribe pine bark extract to all those elderly people, who suffer from arthritis. So I am hopeing someone will read this and either try it for themselves or a relative. It will work and improve that horrible pain.

Go and live life again, we've only got one and it is too short! :-)
