Appesat

If this was cheaper it would be great, I used it to help cut out my late night snacking. I'm not sure how 'natural' it is but the appetite suppressant theory seemed reasonable so I figured worth a go.

I occasionally still indulge in sessions of ice-cream and tv, but taking these after dinner helped take food off my mind in the evenings. I've definitely lost a few pounds, although I was never massive, gorging on high fat and sugary foods before bed was obviously a bad habit!
