spent £200 to hire this for a month and religiously used it as instructed ... never lost an inch rang to inform company so say were going to test equipment but this was weeks ago and haven't heard a thing from them !!!!! total waste of money

I bought treatments in one of their clinics and had nothing but trouble. Apparently they went bust a couple of years ago owing a load of customers money but at least they're not ripping anyone else off.

Had the treatment since through somewhere else and its brilliant!!

I hired this machine for 4 weeks, and followed instructions to the letter.

Drank 2 litres a day exersized daily (I do this anyway) and did not lose any of my tummy fat at all,got in touch with company,they said turn up the machine,but it did not make any difference. Very upset as £200 is a lot of money.

my husband knew i was getting fed up about my weight so he paid for me to do 6 sessions through an ad i saw in the the sun for ultasound weightloss, when i called them they offered me another 6 sessions for the same deal price (69.00 for 6 sessions), i paid for all 12 of them up front and arranged my first appointment for a saturday morning, My mum came with me and we were 15mins early so the concierge said he would call them but it just went staight through to answer machine we waited for 30 mins before very disappointed we went home. My next session was supposed to be the next Tuesday so i decided to call the call centre first before i went- lucky i did because they said it was closed but i was assured that it would be open the Friday for my next session, i asked to speak to a manager but was advised there wasnt one available so i requested a call back. On friday i was still waiting, so again i called up before my appointment and again i was told that the clinic was closed so again i asked to speak to a manager and was told again a manager would call me back i flipped at this point and said that i had been waiting for a call back since tuesday and when i took the girls name realised that it was the same person to which she said "she couldnt remember as tuesday was a long time ago". I did actually recieve a call back from a manager within an hour who appologised profusely and booked me in for all my sessions including 2 free ones. I had 5 sessions without a problem and lost a total of 9 inches, however before my session on Tuesday i recieved a text saying that my session had been cancelled and that someone would call me to re-book or i could call myself, i have rang several times

and have just been left in a queue, and when i actually turned up today from my session was advised by reception that no one was there and hadnt been there all week!!! The treatment does work but the company leaves and awful lot to be desired!!!!

Fraudulent company take your money then don't turn up to do treatment z

Absolute waste of my time and money. The call center is only interested in taking your payment and cant really be bothered to book you in for the treatments once the transaction has gone through. The appointments are at a retail area and i think the girls have very little training, i was lucky i go to the gym and i spoke to a fitness instructor who said you need to exercise after each session and drink plenty of water, to flush out the toxins. on more than 1 occasion i have gone for the appointment to find nobody there. I will not be shelling out any more money to this company.

my mum booked up for 12 sessions...7th appointment cancelled..then turned up for next session and no one was there...costumer services dont pick the phone up....very angry...but....they are still taking yr money and taking appointments!!...

Called them after sseing a Groupon deal but they offered the same deal over the phone.

Couldn't get my first appointment for a month so booked it and waited.

1st appointment cancelled by text a few hours before the actual appoinment time.

2nd appoinment girl was untrained and useless.

3rd apppointment cancelled by text (so much for having to have sessions every other day as it is recommended!)

4th appointment not bad, girls much better, but completely dissed the other girl and USWL!

5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th appointments all cancelled, some by text 20 minutes before appoinment time, some i turned up and got sent away, machines seemed to break down frequently?!

Have still not yet had the oringinal 6 sessions i paid for and was given 4 more as an apology!

Not sure if i can be bothered with the hassle and still have 6 seesions to use up!

Oh, and if you need to rebook....ha ha...don't waste your time, they never answer the number they give you for rebooking!

To add insult to injury, the area they did do some work on (tops of thigh) are now bigger than before i went and the skin is slightly raised in that area! and yes, i did follow all the instructions that no-one bothered to tell me about...excercise after sessions etc!

I bought a Groupon deal for 6 sessions with USWL.

My experience:-

Took 3 days to get through to the booking line in the first instance

2 appointments were cancelled

Took another 3 days to get through to the rebooking line

3 appoitnments cancelled

Another week to rebook cancelled session

Final straw was when I arrived for an appointment to be told it was double booked and the wouldn't see me!

So I bought the deal in March and to date had 1 session!!

Please note that Groupon.co.uk have been wonderful and refunded me immediately.
