Utter Laziness!
Well,I went to this shop in Llandudno's Asda,was still half an hour to go for them to close,and they declined to laminate my certificate,stating they couldn't do it because they were closing,when like i mentioned,was half an hour to go for them to close... Mind you,the laminating process only takes 10
minutes and the lady in charge,was doing absolutely nothing at all. It was not like she was busy or the likes! Utter laziness and incompetence! Avoid!!!
Terrible Quality And Customers Service
After receiving my very poor quality photos I politely emailed to explain. Nobody bothered to reply so 4 days later I called to be basically be told tough! When I asked for the complaints procedure I was told that by calling to be told “tough” was it’ they weren’t willing to try and resolve the issue simply told me to return them (at my hassle and inconvenience) if I wasn’t happy with them.

I only read the reviews here after using the service, which is just as well as I would have been put off. But maybe things have changed now, because a lot of the reviews are old and my experience was excellent.
Ordered over 1000 prints from old family photos that we had scanned to digital a while back. They were ordered on Wednesday and arrived Saturday morning, earlier than expected. Really happy with that.
The other thing they offer is a reduced price for bulk printing, 500 plus. So if like me you have a load to do at once, it's much cheaper.

Delivered Broken On 2 Ocasions And No Postage Refunded...
Hi, I had awful experience with Asad photo. I have ordered 2 mags as anniversary present for a couple. Had delivery within 7Wd and 1 mag was broken. I send email no one came back, other - no reply at all. Called - they send we will send replacement. Ok. ", 3 weeks pass by, anniversary day pass by, I gifted one mag and promised other shortly, but after 4 weeks still none received. Called again twice and they refunded cost of 1 mag, no postage.....as I promise 2nd mag I spend again on mag and £4 on postage and had delivery of 2nd mag finally, but....again broken......Awful...I wish I never ordered 1st mag at all....now I have sent 2 emails...no reply...I can see again that I just wasted postage of £8 to date in total, twice delivered broken and still to date haven't had full 2 mag (His& Her) anniversary present, a couple that meant to have 2 mugs has only 1 ….awful situation I am in and asda team just don't care.....postage is extremely expensive for service they have......Now, I just want my money back and do not recommend to use them . It be more reliable to buy from elsewhere
Do Not Use Asda Photo Service
I am very angry at Asda online service particularly with the photo and customer service department. I placed a photo order online on 6/10/20 which I received one out of two items. I received an automated email on 8/10/20 stating my second order had been dispatched.
I called on 16th, 17th, 20th, 21st October 2020 to chase my order and I sent an email on 13th and 16th October 2020.
I did not receive any email replies. I spoke to a representative on 21/10/20 and he stated my order has gone missing and he would issue a refund which would take 3-5 workings days.
I called today and spoke to a different person who stated the refund transaction didn't go through on 21/10/20 and it will be processed today.
On top of everything, the person who I spoke to today hung up on me after 15mintues being on the phone......SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Here is where my frustration is coming from......
1. I didn't receive my order that I paid for
2. I chased my ordered up numerous times via email and phone
3. Was then told my order went missing and refund would be authorised
4. Now told my refund hasn't been authorised for a product I still haven't received!
5. And.....deliberately being hung up by your customer service on the phone!
This is appalling "customer service." As a manager myself I understand things can take time especially under the current circumstances however this is no excuse to cut off a phone call from a customer, a refund not going the transaction AND incorrect information given to the customer.
This a very poor poor service from Asda and I'll be happy to say I shall not be placing any further online purchases.

half the photos had the heads of the people cut off and got told its my fault yet in the other size photos they are fine. The attitude of the staff member on the phone was terrible, customer care my rear end. I will never print another photo with them again.

Don't Use Shocking!!!!
Under no circumstances use this website for photo printing, especially if you have large amounts of photos to print. If you leave the website you will not be able to get back into the photos to edit them. The first time I set up an account, took 2.5 hours to upload 600 photos, the website crashed and lost everything I had done. i called them and they could not recover. I then tried to log in again and it wouldn't, I called the helpline again and they have to unlock my account, I then uploaded the same 600 photos and started editing. I had to leave the website and finish editing later. but when I went in the photo's had gone in the basket and when you click to edit there are no photos. I have called the helpline several times and they basically advised they I needed to wait on the screen for all the photos to re upload which could take hours and hours!!!! What a complete waste of my time. Don't waste yours and avoid this website like the plague!!!!!!

Never Again - Dire!
Some of prints were appalling. Online staff blamed us, even though they were submitted correctly. We re-sent them again and they said we would have to start again as a new order. 23 emails later I gave up as staff member was very inexperienced and was clueless about customer care. AVOID!!!

Photo Service Transfers
Today I went to Asda to have my photos taken off my phone onto a memory stick.It wasn’t easy because my phone had stopped working no WiFi and thousands of photos it was completely full.With the young mans expertise taking two and a half hours he worked his way through them.Not only that he managed to transfer over one hundred photos for a man .serve several customers collecting prints of photos and took passport photos for someone else Absolutely Amazing.Thank you so much for your help and patience. Happy customer
Family Photos Dumped By Front Door
Uploading my photos to Asda photo printing website was easy and delivery speedy. The quality of the photos was not great and some had not uploaded correctly, then upon delivery their courier (Hermes) dumped my family pictures by my front door, completely unsafe.
I will not use their services anymore and would not recommend it.

I have some beer mats, can they laminate them for me?
Can you enlarge photo's that have already been printed?
Do they transfer photos to disk from iPhone or iPads?
If they do what is the cost per disk?
Why have my prints come out dark with top cropped?
