Avoid - Overpriced And Awful Quality
(MANSION HOUSE)
Absolutely terrible service.
41 photos for £35 ?!?! When you can get a better quality elsewhere for a fifth of the price - madness.
Pricing is advertised in a tiny font underneath the printer and staff printed the photos without letting me know the price first - leaving me no choice but to pay the ridiculous amount for bad quality photos!
AVOID.

Passport Photos - Quick & Easy
I needed to get a digital passport photo to renew an Irish passport, so visited my local branch, in Croydon High Street.
The service could not have been better - very quick, very courteous, very professional in every sense, & the photo was emailed to me practically straight away, as promised.
I would definitely recommend this branch, & definitely go there again.

Colours A Washout
I had to get 120 photo's printed for a photography project and took my memory stock to Snappy Snaps in Bishopsgate. I returned 48 hours later to collect the prints and have never been more disappointed with a set of photos! The colour was almost non existent in many photo's (some of which I have had printed before so absolutely know there was nothing wrong with the images supplied). At college it was obvious which of us had used Snappy Snaps and who had shopped elsewhere. We all had the same experience. I would never go back to a Snappy Snaps again.

Very Rude Staff
Went to get passport photos done at Newton Abbot store. Woman who served us was very rude and clearly disinterested, other staff members were standing around gossiping. Would not recommend!

Top Quality Service.
A friend recently recommended the Reading branch of Snappy Snaps to me where staff scanned and printed some high definition artwork photographs, taking the time and trouble to get things just exactly right fro me.
The end result was professional with the colour being sharp and extremely accurate. I shall therefore make a point of suggesting the Reading branch to others.
The price of the service is more expensive than similar businesses but the staff were very helpful and obviously take a pride in their work. Thanks for a great service - certainly the best in the area.

Rude Staff
They processed my online order before it was completed so rang about payment. I answers and asked if I could carry on the payment r pay when I arrived. The man was rude to me on the phone and shouted about how I need to pay although I explained I didn't know it would process before paying etc.
He then confirm the photos would be ready to pick up within an hour and I could pick them up at the time I said. When I arrived they were not ready and they said 5 minutes wait which turned into a 20 minute wait and them printing some photos wrong. When I complained and explained they should not promise the photos are ready on the phone and do the order wrong one of the staff was extremely rude. Having a go at me and arguing with me and telling me how this should not be a problem. On my lunch break a 1 minute collection to a 20 minute one is a problem especially when the staff is disgustingly rude.

No Common Sense
requested small pictures enlarged to a specified size, but instead of advising that some of the people in the pictures would be cut out the ass.tant merely advises on the color and contrast etc. If the Ass. had centered the photo is would have been ok just goes to show some people have no common sense. Will take my pics to a professional photo shop tomorrow waste of time and money.. and I agree they are overprices not just prints but passport pictures, your better off going to a self-service booth.

Snappy Snaps London: Poor Customer Service!
Overall, poor customer service, they failed to delivery my purchase product on time, despite having visited the store a week before my deadline.
Based on my experience, my rating are:
Rating:
Poor Customer: Very Poor, Staff were rude.
Quality: Printing Posters, quality was poor
Price: Over Priced, can find better quality and value-for-money, from online and stores i.e. Staples, PhotoExpert.
Trust: N/A
I needed my print on a Monday and visited the store on two occasions, a week before, they weren't busy, as they had time for there phones. They did not put the customers first and tried to be reasonable by giving them extra time.
I did not even receive an apology, let alone receiving a refund or discount for inconvenience
They make false promises, they are after your money!
Be Careful

Poor Quality, Overpriced, Do Not Recommend
Got 120mm film developed. Staff member charged £20 just for the film to be processed on a CD - no prints at all. The price amount was guessed, when I was at the counter to pay and would not offer me a standard price for the service. Negatives have come back filthy, only 11 of the 12 photos are there. Poor customer service, three men standing around, all useless at offering help and ignored my questions. Have since got a quote from other snappy snaps at £11 just for a CD. Will certainly not be returning to this store.
Q&A
I recently downloaded the Snappy Snaps software to create a photobook. I have never done this before, but chose them as they have a shop locally. I visited the shop and had a number of questions about the quality of the photobook, if what you see online, is an accurate reflection of what the final product will look like when it is printed out. They informed me that as they are just franchisees of the shop, they were not familiar with the software.
So I'd like to know if Snappy Snaps do provide good quality photobooks or whether I should use another company?
Thanks.
