On Line Next Day Service.
I sent my black and white photo online for enlargement. The photo that I got was not good.It was far too dark for a start which made it unusable and together with terrible packaging it was a complete waste of £4.00 . Has to be the worse on line service I have ever used.Will not be using it again that's for sure,

Very disappointed with the finished look,the photograph hasn't been put on straight all out of balance. This was done in store.I also purchased 4glass coasters and a mug which are ok but a mug purchased elseware had an extra picture added with a greeting for less cost ,so maybe not good value either

Quality Ok, But Web Interface Frequently Crashes
Purchased several picture books from Tesco in the past and overall pleased with the results. They regularly have special offers where extra pages can be added for free and these are definitely worth waiting for. However, a major issue is with the web interface. It uses Adobe Flash which is extremely buggy and frequently crashes resulting in potential lost changes. This is very frustrating and totally unnecessary as Adobe Flash is a massive security risk and should not be used by web sites any more. Tesco need to redevelop their web interface using HTML5. If it wasn't for the special deals I probably wouldn't use Tesco Photo any more.

I ordered a book that didn't turn up looking anything like the way it had been uploaded. it was a memory book for my son for his birthday and he had his head chopped off and pictures chopped down, I emailed and was told that is my error but I no it wasn't like that when I clicked verify I emailed to explain this to them 5 days ago and they haven't even responded which is just bad customer service as it was a birthday present I have had to order another with a different company which was a lot easier to order and is a lot better quality. I would not recommend or order again I also do my weekly shop with them every week and will be using another store as I don't participate being ripped off. I wish I had read some reviews before ordering if I had I wouldn't of bothered.

Late Order An No Response
Ordered a canvas print. The email confirmation clearly gave 7 days. Turned up at the store on the day and no print. Furthermore they could not give me any timescale or follow up on the order. Intended as a Birthday present so I am unimpressed. No response to email complaint sent.

Over The Moon
Just received my first ever photo book and am over the moon. Only ordered it on Sunday night and it arrived Wednesday morning, couldn't be happier as this is a Christmas gift. I will definitely be using this service again for all my photos and gifts.
Once I got used to the site it was fairly easy to navigate my way round and produce for my first time a great photo book.

5 Years And Still Nothing To Big Complain About
Well I am shocked that Tesco Photo only has 2.3 out of 5 at the time of me typing this.
I have used Tescophoto.com for about 5 years now for a number of their products including 6x4 prints, Canvas', Mugs, Cushions, an iPad case and even 'Flip Flops' a couple of years back.
One noticeable change over the last two years is the Staff attitude at store, since the Photo Shop changed to a MaxSpielmann they seem a lot more friendly and happier than what they were as a Tesco Photo Shop.
Keep an eye open for their promotions because they have some bargains from time to time, I have just missed their Canvas Promo so I will be checking back in the new year.
I've had a couple of things arrive with a printing error and damaged in the post but their customer service guys just ask to see a photograph of the issue and they get it reprinted, I don't even have to waste my time going to the post office to return the defective product.
I would have possibly rated a 4 but out of shock of the couple of bad reviews I boosted it to 5

Tesco Photo Is A Totally Unreliable Site
I have been using Tesco photo for a number of years but will never use them again. I spent a few weeks working on a very important photo book and was just about to place my order when the site went down. It has now been two months and it still has not been fixed. I get one apology after the other and the promise that the site will be back as soon as possible but they don't know when. This was meant to be a present for my 80 year old mother. I'll be lucky if I get it to her for Christmas at this rate.

we use the website that has not been working for days so went into my local where I get my orders from to ask what was happening. the staff said there was maintenance but could not tell me when it would be working again. not very happy as a lot of my photographs are on the site and I want some of them printing, they should be able to tell me when their own site will be working within a day or 2 you would think!
Unable To Work The Newish Tesco Photo Book App!
I have been very pleased with all the Tesco photo books that I have done over the last several years, from both son's 21st to major holidays we have had. However on returning home from our first Cruise I wanted to do another photo book to capture the memories. Tesco have changed the process and no matter how many times I tried I could not use their new system. I spent hours on the computer trying to add over 250 photos into the book, in the end I gave up. Searched on line and decided to use Truprint instead, very similar to the old tesco, book sorted in record time. Maybe it was me, but I don't think so!!
No it wasn't you, when I started to read this review I thought to myself that I must have put this up. I have had the exact same problem and also went to Truprint in the end. I had also wanted to do a book as I had just had my first cruise! I have about 10 photo books done through tesco. I will give them another try as I have another book to do!

Hi,
Can you confirm that low res exclamation mark on one of my photos will not show up in my photo book? I realise it will not be a good quality picture but I have no choice but to use the photo.

I have done 2 photo books and at the point of sending to basket to order, it turned one page in one of the books as a ghost page and says it has pictures missing. But when I look at the book they are all there. I have emailed as had problems earlier in the week and lost everything, but heard nothing back so have had to do it all again, and now this. I don't know if I send it to print if one page will be washed out? It took me hours with over 300 pictures and I do not want to re do this again.
