have to say I am disappointed, ordered a card with a full week before my sons birthday and it has not arrived, I tried calling them and got cut off, also emailed and never got a response, very disappointed and will be complaining via my bank for a refund, I would not recommend.

I think the service I have received is absolutely disgusting.

I ordered a card on 16th September 2014 for a friends birthday just over a week later. It is now Friday 26th September and it has still not arrived.

This is a extract from my email,

We are pleased to inform you that order number 140916-110724-6226 is complete, dispatched today and should arrive shortly.

I don't think so!!

I ordered a card on the morning of the 6th August, from Dog's Doodah's. The next morning it arrived. I ordered a card on the morning of the 6th August, from Kula Cards, it is now the 8th August and the card has not yet arrived although the message I received when ordering was "dispatched in the next post" How come Dog's Doodhah's cards can arrive the next day but Kula cards cannot? I needed to bring the card to work with me this morning for my colleagues to sign then give it to the birthday boy before he finishes work today. The card is now no longer needed as it is too late. It may well be at home when I get there at 5.30 tonight but that is too late.
