Preparing my photos onto coasters was really easy, delivery was problem free and the end product was lovely. I was a little unhappy that the presentation box was an extra cost. Personalised gifts are often presents but I guess not every one wants a presentation box. Initially I forgot to add the box, I found it difficult to add to the order. I ordered 4 sets of coasters, I found it impossible to add to the order without coming out of the site and back in. I don't claim to be a 'tec nurd' but I use computers a lot; this site is probably typical.
