Absolutely Amazing!

My experience with Soap & Co in Shepherds Bush branch was absolutely amazing. The gentleman who served me and my friends was extremely passionate about the products and in turn made us truly love them as well. He took time to demonstrate the products and explain the benefits of each. He then helped us find the best deals for what we would like to focus on (for me that was my body rather than face or nails). he suggested a lovely ocean scrub that has my made my body feel silky smooth and works exceptionally well on my feet and elbows.

All of the staff was excellent and we let the manager know how pleased we were.

Avoid This Store

Avoid this store at all costs! very very pushy sales people lure you in with samples or to demonstrate a product and then tell stories to you almost forcing you to buy their product telling you its buy one get one free when really they're charging you for both product. By this point you feel guilty for not buying after the sales person has wasted X amount of time on demonstration. And if they convince you enough to buy a product make sure you at least do some research into it as I ended up buying the mineral peeling gel. This "peeling gel" DOES NOT exfoliate at all. The glycerin and aloe vera gel is what leaves your skin feeling soft and looking good- two very cheap ingredients. The "dead skin" you see is actually plastic. Not long after purchasing we realised what had happened and decided to go back for a refund however the 'manager' a jewish woman whom I believe was actually the owner assumed we were clumsy young female tourists who couldn't handle their high as we were quite jolly and nice about it and very smugly told us 'maybe we smoked too much and theres no refunds.' I hope you read this because I did tell you I was going to leave a review (P.S clearly I wasn't as high or as stoned as you might've thought :)

so glad I read this. I just told them I’ll do some research on the products and come back coz I don’t put just anything on my body and the pushy sales guy said, oh I see it’s the price that’s putting you off. Which was quite an assumption to make. I then said I’ll come back once I do research and he said I am a psychologist … you won’t be coming back… well damn right.

Also the pushy sales technique (flattery and cheesy flirting) is majorly off putting.

Pushy Sales People,poor Quality Products

I was pushed to buy the nail kit from the girl in Westfield, she did one of my nails and it went super shiny. I tried at home..not big difference from before.

She was trying to upsell all the time and it didn't feel nice.

The nail kit was £25,it comes with a hand cream, the file and cuticle oil. They smell and look very cheap.

I would definitely not buy anything from there again.

It's A Known Technique: They Make You Scrub Your H

It's a known technique: they make you scrub your hands, then put a cream on it and let you acknowledge how your skin is now sooooo soft . Then they take a scrub and they start rubbing it in circles, till it gets all skin...or at least they say it's my skin...

then they put some cream on it and they make me notice again how smooth and perfumed I am. Then when I was asking the price, the girl was selling the product was clearly instructed not to tell it yet...so she skipped my question! unbelievable...then at the end she told me it was 79 euros for the soap and the cream, and the other product was for free....how nice from them! Not. That's another clear technique : it's clearly overpriced but they do mask it giving you something for free...so your sheep brain register only that there's a present...wow...something free! :|

avoid.

Fleecing 14 Year Olds

My daughter and her friend were subject to a sales demonstration that resulted in my daughters friend buying a product (nail care kit) that she did not want. It cost her £25.00. She was not allowed a refund despite being told to the contrary.

Both my daughter and her friend are 14 years old.....!!!

The product was bought this afternoon at Westfield Shepherds Bush.

I find it sickening that they would target and manipulate 14 year old girls in this way.

Great Skin Care Product Range - Peeling Mask Is Excellent

I have often tried a whole bunch of products to remove the increasingly apparent facial lines that have started appearing on my face. While some products were a bit successful in hiding them, none of them satisfied me completely.

Recently I tried out the Peeling Mask from Soap & Co and it was a great find. After using it, I can assuredly say that my face is looking completely revitalized.

Once you use the product you can quickly notice the wrinkles disappearing and even your face becomes rather moist. Even my husband seems to notice my new look and I receiving complements from everyone.

Best Moisture Complex That I Have Ever Used

I had always wondered why face felt so too taut whenever I was on the road traveling. The need for a good moisturizer was always there and when I came across the stellar moisture complex from Soap & Co, my prayers seems to have been answered.

It is without doubt the finest product I have used and its combination of exotic minerals and mud besides other ingredients goes a long way in keeping my skin supple.

Q&A

Siyyyaaaaah

I bought a nail kit from Westfield today, and the sale’s women said the buffer in the nail kit has a life time guarantee, if anytime I need to change the buffer I could and change it for free. I’m just wondering if this information she has given me is correct?
