Rosie Is A Star
Love all saints clothes and have had exceptional customer service. The lovely sales assistant went above and beyond when trying to find out details of a refunded item. She delt with head office for me so my little girl didn't lose the will. Big thanks

Excellent Hannah Made My Day!
Was browsing the slothes when I was greeted by an advisor at the Spitalfields store. Without being pushy, she was very helpful went out of her way to help and delivered a great customer service experience.
As a result, I bought more than I expected!
When paying, the staff behind the counter were very polite and welcoming, making this an exceptional shopping experience.

I'm A Customer Of All Saints That Has Both Purchas
I'm a customer of All Saints that has both purchased in store and online and two days ago I placed an order for a jacket on sale. I live between countries in the EU and apparently due to the fact that I was having the parcel sent abroad (I'm guessing to a country not of their liking) I received an email from a person asking me to ring phone numbers that weren't featured on the All Saints website.
Paying through PayPal that uses the same email address that my All Saints account does, I thought this strange and wondered if this was an attempt at Phishing. Four attempts and ringing customer services (they couldn't hear me but had a good laugh about it) from abroad, an email and some very angry Facebook, I am nowhere near to resolving the issue AND they are holding my money hostage.
All because I'm ordering from outside the UK.
Absolutely disgusting.
I Am Happy, But...
In my humble opinion, the problem with All Saints is, that their clothes are rather expensive + there is no cheaper equivalent that would offer similar style. Personally, I don't care about their clothes being hand made or about their horn buttons (TBH I'd rather have plastic ones) but I just love their design. After many years of lurking, I eventually pulled a trigger and bought one of their coats, only because I really could not find it anywhere else. And I am happy. I had a very good experience both, with the store and buying from their website. No issues at all, but I must admit, their return policy when buying at the store is unfair. Yes, as customers, we are obliged to check retail policies, but at the same time, it is very unusual these days for the shops (and an expensive ones in particular), to not offer a refund within 28 days but only an exchange or a gift card. In my opinion, this should be clearly stated at the time of purchase. At the same time, I totally get the rationale behind this practice. It protects genuine buyers from purchasing brand new and expensive clothes, returned by people that would just buy something for a night out with an intention to return it the following Monday. But still, in my opinion, the information about return policy is not clearly displayed.

Horrendous Customer Service!
I bought a sheer dress from All Saints and at the till I asked the assistant if I could return it if I changed my mind and she said yes. I did change my mind and decided to return it the next day. I walked in and very politely explained the situation but I was refused a refund, only store credit and sent packing by the horrible store manager! I was outraged... Anyway I was so annoyed I ripped a hole in it and returned it to another store for a refund! Serves them right, awful customer service, abrasive rude staff and a terrible outdated returns policy! You need a serious make over AS otherwise you will have no loyal customers like other shops do.

Ordered Leather Jacket Online: Opened An Ugly Can Of Worms
Since I live in Texas and do not have the luxury of simply walking into an All Saints store I ordered a beautiful Belvedere Leather Jacket on their online store and waited excitedly impatient for it. Six days go by, and I was to receive the package on October 18th (I made the order the 12th), and to my dismay I never got the package.. you may ask " Where you tracking the package??" and I will answer, "Yes, very much so, to the last second".
UPS showed they just left the package at my house with no signature needed (as a reminder when buying things, always always require a signature!) and as the day went on I grew more worried, when finally Friday came and still no package... I called AllSaints and initiated an investigation.
TWO WEEK LATER: AllSaints told me via e-mail (not sure why they can't call) that I acknowledged a receipt on the 30th, mind you not the 18th, saying I did receive the jacket.... which is not case. I expressed much angst and anxiety about having to wait 2 weeks for any information, being short 400$ and a leather jacket.. to which Kelly Cullen (head of customer services in US) replied that they will open ANOTHER investigation.. holy cow another 2 weeks!
So, if you're asking my opinion, DO NOT order from the online store. GO TO THE ACTUAL STORE. I'm not sure how this will play out, if will get anything back, but this is a nightmare. I will not purchase from their online store ever again. I am a regular online shopper, and make sure my packages get to my house and do so when I am actually at my house. I have only encountered a problem this big with AllSaints. They need to start having UPS require a signature upon delivery. Madness.

Awful Store Who Don't Care About Their Customers!
Firstly, I have to say that I have spent a lot of money in All Saints over the last couple of years and really did love their stuff. However, since having our baby I have taken to use their online service over the last year or so and it is awful. I agree with a lot of reviewers on this site that one of the biggest issues is their returns procedures and that you can only obtain a refund if you return the item via post at your own expense, which is so backward compared with other online retailers. However, it is their customer service which really gets me.
I constantly have problems paying by any card on their website. When I called to try and resolve this I was told it was my browser that was the problem (I use both Explorer and Firefox) and that I should download Google Chrome for future purchases!!! When I asked if I could order with them over the phone they said they don't do that. I sent an email to complain but got no response.
Later, I ordered something from their recent sale (the only way to get any value from them) using PayPal but it never arrived. When I spoke with All Saints customer services they assured me that the courier delivered the item, but it was no where to be seen. They told me quite bluntly that they believe the courier over me as the courier has confirmed it was delivered and they Google StreetMapped my house and even told me how it is likely that it was probably stolen by one of the local kids! I asked to speak to a manager but told that not even people who spend more than I do get to speak to a manager and so there was no way I could. So, I wrote a letter threatening to take it to a small claims court unless I was offered a refund and received a letter back from their 'Customer Services Manager' to say that this was my fault and that in no way will I receive a refund.
Finally, to top it all off, I went into their Edinburgh store today with my son in his pushchair. I asked if they had a lift up to the first floor to the menswear dept but was told they do not have a lift but I could leave his pushchair downstairs and carry him up. I am sure that this is some form of discrimination - what if it was someone with a wheelchair (I guess they should be carried up too?!)
So, I think I have probably made my last purchase with this company and will have to shop elsewhere.
Totally agree.
I think quality has improved, but the collection is very diluted and totally boring, average high street with hefty price tags too.
There is a fraction of the volume they had in the past; the stores look half empty.
Boring. A complete turn off.

I never had delivery problems with AllSaints and my cards always worked very well. However, I think fashion changed in this 2012 fall quite a lot as well... I think that would be my reason for not shopping with them anymore. They used to be edgy and cool, and I used to adore they dresses!!! Now designs are sooo boring and not worth the money anymore... Such a shame. Now its all boring and poor quality coats, very boring jackets (some coll leather jackets from last year are about only good thing left) and they charge for poor quality leggings up to 65£?! Seriously?!!! I think I will not buy from them anymore either. Such a shame... used to be one of my favourite brands...

Interesting Designs, Poor Quality, Terrible Customer Service
So I bought a T-shirt costing £55 (yes, I know, insane, but I really liked the design). I would say that over the last 14 months I've probably worn it 14 times, having other stuff that I wear. It was washed in accordance with their instructions and, over the last few washes has developed ladder-like holes that have made it now unwearable.
Having returned it to them for inspection and having suggested that the durability vs the price is way out of kilter, it arrived back to me today with a disclaimer of any responsibility on their part. I quote "we work to a guideline of 6 months for a manufacturing fault to occur" and "we are unable to offer an exchange or refund"
I didn't actually ask for either, all I wanted was an acknowledgement that the quality was awful and that holes developing all over a garment suggests that the fabric selected by their designers is rubbish, even if the manufacturing process isn't.
As it is, despite the fact that GAP and Marks and Primark can produce stuff that lasts for years and for a fraction of the price, clearly All Saints don't expect anything they sell to last longer than 6 months so beware. They've lost me as a customer and I'd avoid at all costs
Returns
All Saints are an online nightmare. after purchasing online items once they came the quality was poor only to find it was going to cost me £26 to return them. i will never use this place again.
