Rude And Unhelpful
Arrogant staff, kept me waiting around 30 minutes, came with wrong style and size and then basically said "take or leave it". Too cool for School. On another occasion took my money online and failed to deliver goods
Online Payment Problems
I tried to pay for a jacket, but their automated system claimed that the payment had been rejected, however after contacting my bank, I was told that the payment had been taken twice.
Same thing happened to my son a couple of years ago.
Don't trust this company with a bargepole.
Either poor business systems or sharp practice.
If you get the same problem, you can ask your bank to escalate, or involve Trading Standards.

Returned Without A Problem
I've seen a lot of bad comments on here regarding returns policy at Aspecto but my experience is compeltely the opposite. I bought some trousers paying on-line but did this in-store in Nottingam. The trousers were delivered in days and it turns out I'm fatter than expected so had to send them back which I did on Monday. A full refund was in my bank a/c today.

Unacceptable Returns Policy
I recently purchased a jacket in their Glasgow West Nile Street store, upon further consideration i decided to return it but was informed that they do not provide refunds. Prior to purchasing this jacket I was not informed by a member of staff that this policy was in existence and the only sign in the store to inform customers is a tiny sign situated on the till, that I was never in a position to see. I am extremely unhappy about this situation and never intend to spend money in one of their stores again as a result of what I see as blatant profiteering and extremely poor customer service. I also intend to report this matter to trading standards as the fact that they did not even attempt to make their refund policy clear has resulted in me purchasing something in their store, that I otherwise would not have.
This is further complicated by the fact that if I had purchased the product on-line I would have been eligible for a refund but because I took the trouble to go to one of their stores, I am not eligible.
I am sorry you are unhappy with our store returns policy but we do clearly advertise that goods purchased in store can be returned for exchange or credit note within a specified time period.
All our stores offer changing rooms or seating, if you a buying footwear, so that goods customers can try the product prior to purchasing.

Not Interested Once They Have Your Money
Lovely gear and oh so friendly and helpful when they are selling a product if a little bit sniffy of anyone under 25 that is. Have a problem with a pair of Uggs that cost £170 and they are totally uninterested. Well we have lots of these sent back but its just wear and tear they say. In that case you should warn your customers before they spend their hard earned money or just stop selling poor quality stuff.

Wont Refund My Money Even Though I Havent Made A Purchase
i tried to order some ugg boots online didnt work so i tried again and same happened again. Then i find out they have taken money out my bank for two pairs and wont refund it and i wont be getting the item. the bank also confirms this and in my opinion this is shocking customer service.

Poor Refund Policy
My boyfriend purchased a pair of UGG boots and a pair of UGG slippers in December for an Xmas present, asking for both in a size 8. When I opened the presents on Xmas morning I realised he'd been given a UK 8 in the boots, but a US 8 in the slippers (a UK 6).
When trying to return the slippers for an exchange I was told they didn't stock the slippers in a size 8. The assistant said he remembered serving my boyfriend, and confirmed he'd asked for both in a size 8, but refused to offer a refund on the slippers as

Great Product & Service - Spot On!
I I used to visit the Manchester store at least once a month until I recently moved away. I started shopping online straight away with you as you had all the brands I was after and over the past couple of years the site has got better and better! The site is easy to navigate and even now has a cool Barbour Shop-in-shop feature.
As a die-hard Aspecto follower, I wanted to say well done and to ask others to ignore some of the other reviews on here as my experience has always been top-notch both in-store & online.
This is my third Barbour jacket so I had high expectations, which were achieved. I ordered on the wednesday and hoped for it to be with me by the weekend but I must admit I didn't think it would turn up the very next day!
Great job guys I will be back online again soon & hope to get back into one of your stores in the near future.
