Krisp

Have ordered fr them 4 times so far. Never again..one parcel got lost and they rnt answering my messages any more. It is not a lot of money but they aren't v bothered once something had gone wrong. Also I never received tracking details w any of the parcels so this cld be improved as well as the website which often features out of stock items. I dnt know whether this order was even posted out as no courier name or anythg was stated in the dispatch email. I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 21ST Dec 2016 for my parcel to arrive. They promised to give me refund then nothing...other orders all arrived within 2-3 days bt I was lucky to ve at home as Hermes courier just delivered them out of the blue without me knowing ab delivery date or tracking.It is not a good service and prices aren't so cheap to justify this...

I have recently shopped online with Krisp and read reviews online which made me paranoid about their service and clothing and for this reason I kept chasing them for delivery. I have to be honest until you don't personally shop with them you won't know. The service was good, the customer service team were very helpful, the staff in the Uxbridge store was helpful. The clothes are good quality and good price. Overall I am very happy with the staff and will definitely be shopping with Krisp again online and instore.

I purchased a dress which was in the sale. When it arrived I was very pleased with the time, but unfortunately, it was a bit small, so I returned it. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for an exchange or a refund. I have emailed Krisp and have never had a reply. Therefore, I will need to chase again.

The customer service is very poor, no after sales at all. On their website, they have the opportunity to contact them and state they will reply within 1 day.

So I now have to find the parcel or claim from the Post Office. Do not buy from them.

I have only ordered from these once and once is enough to put me off for a life time. I ordered two skirts which took around 3 weeks to come .. When arrival date said 3-5 days. They shouldn't be allowed to even advertise false delivery dates. When the skirts arrived they were I'll fitting and looked nothing like the picture.

I've ordered two cardigans one of them arrived faulty with a missing button, I went to Eastbourne arndale shopping centre to take the items back to their branch and the shop was closed without any signs and they still show on their website that their shop still there open anyway after spending all the petrol and parking fees I took the items to the post office to send it back to them with my own expense and after more than 14 days I had to contact them to ask for my refund and they refund me for the items after I contact them but they didn't refund me for postage costs when one of their assistants said they will refund me, and there is no sign of my refund for postage costs and I sent them an email and they ignored me and lied to me. There is no way I will buy anything from that shop ever again.

I purchased my order online over three weeks ago and for the first week of ordering they still had not dispatched my order. Then another couple of days I got a bit fed up and wanted to cancel my order so i cantacted them on the website. Few days later there was not reply from them so i contacted their facebook site and the person said they will look into it. Then I got an email saying my order has been dispatched when i specifically asked them to cancel. A week later still not reply from the website and my item still hasnt arrived and no one told me whether I could get a refund so basically i have lost out on over £50. Definately not shopping online with them again EVER!!!! Such bad customer service. Oh wait there wasnt any customer service at all!! Not happy!!!

I purchased the above using their online service.The parcel that arrived was addressed to me but had someone elses oreder in which also provided me with the other customer's name, addredd and mobile telephone number.

I contacted the company about the problem and was told the person I needed to speak to wasn't at his desk but would call me back. This never happened and I had to ring back twice more before I got a response.

He said he would track my parcel and get back to me as I explained that I dwasn't happy about the fact that someone else would have my personal details when they received my parcel.

He didn't call me back so I had to contact them again.

He said he had intercepted the parcel and it wold be redelivered.

When the order finally arrived, my boots were priced at £20 when I had paid £39.99 so,prior to emailing them t ask them why, for them to give me the answer that they were in a sale, I checked their website and found they were still on sale at their original price.

I have yet to receive an email to answer this, and so far have waited 5 weeks so am unlikely to receive one. I shall never use this company again, they don't deserve the business particularly in this economic climate when money isn't available to be wasted.

I went to my branch in blyth the staff were so helpful and took time to get me other accoriess to go with my dress ,when I wasn't sure about the dress they asked. What I liked and went and found other dresses for me to try on,it was like having a personal shopper,they were all so friendly and helpful,a also liked how they explain their refund and exchange policy,a didn't feel rushed out the shop,they even say enjoy your party as I left.

DO NOT BUY FROM THERE.I BOUGHT SOMETHING AND IT NEVER ARRIVED I HAD TO EMAIL THEM ASKING THEM WHAT HAPEND TO MY CLOTHES AND THEY WERE LIKE YOUR STUFF IS OUT OF STOCK SO I WAS WONDERING WHY THEY WILL LET ME BUY SOMETIN THATS OUT OF STOCK AND DONT EVEN CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW KMT STUPID IDIOTS
